I’m not normally one to talk negatively or complain, but I had to get this out there. I was sold something I didn’t fully understand, which I thought I could just learn along the way. They offered me 2 months free- which I thought, “Great, it will give me time to learn to see if I like it first.” After my sales call, I ended up scheduling a few onboarding calls (pretty standard) to which I felt were of absolutely zero help. I was dealing with someone international, and that’s totally fine, until they kept getting my meeting times mixed up and dragged along the process. It just got to the point I wasn’t sold, and someone else on my team was able to create a software like this on his own. So I did my due diligence in cancelling, and tried to do it well in advance because I was getting the first 2 months free. When I went to cancel, they asked if they could do anything, and I said no. To which then they told me that I was locked in for a full year! I never verbally agreed to that, and they told me I was on the hook for $300 a month for the whole year (I’m a start up business!) It wasn’t until I had to complain like my life depended on it that they were able to come down on price, which still they didn’t let me get out of for $0… All this to say, make sure you are 100% CONFIDENT in this system before doing anything… I just couldn’t believe how unethical they treated me and not respecting where I was coming from.
Samantha is amazing, I like the way she’s really patient with me with the training. This is an interesting experience.

She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, making sure everything was properly set up for my studio. She took the time to clearly explain how to use the platform and answered all of my questions, which made a huge difference in my confidence using the system.

At this point, I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Only three people were professional. I am expecting the setup to be completed within the next five days; otherwise, I would like to cancel everything.
As AI mainly does things, I expect it to be done as a future paying customer ASAP. I should only have to check the pictures and text. The functionality should work. I don't have time to learn how to set it up myself, or to have a Zoom meeting every week – seriously?! Why paying?
I might change my mind if, by some miracle, it is completed. Currently, it's very quiet, with no news at all.

Overall system has everything what's needed to run a business, however it's not straight forward when you start using it. In order to do one change, you need to make so many steps. Probably that's because the software was created long time ago and wasn't modified. And it's not my first software I use, so have a good knowledge.
