Good fragrances shame about the customer service and the courier
I've purchased from this company twice now. The first time no problems good fragrance great price fast delivery. The second time however DPD messed up my delivery and delivered to the wrong house. DPD then retrieved my package from the wrong house and said they would redeliver it to the correct address next day they delivered it again to the wrong house. After numerous complaints to DPD they told me to contact Milton Lloyd and ask them to open a official enquiry. Milton Lloyd emailed me back within 24 hours but basically said that DPD records show that it was a failed delivery cuz there was no one in. This was not the case I waited in 2 days even watched the van on the app and by the time I could get out to the street they'd gone. The first day he didn't even bother to come to my house just took a photo of the street, the second day he delivered it to the wrong house and my parcel went missing for 24 hours before DPD finally told me it'd been returned to the depot. I then requested they be redelivered to my house and left in the garden as I'd be at work. DPD attempted to deliver to my house but did not follow the instruction of leaving it in my garden and took it back to the depot. I can't even be sure that they actually turned up to my house because the fight they took was blank. My biggest issue is that when reported to the company that email had a tone of accusing me of lying and basically saying it will be returned to them and I'll be given a full refund. Needless to say I will not be purchasing from this company ever again.
