Had not heard of you before this

Had not heard of you before this. Ordering was easy with plenty to choose from. My parcel arrived quickly and in excellent condition and the outfits all come on little hangers. Beautiful outfits, lovely quality material.

Beautiful cardigan

I bought this beautiful cardigan for my granddaughter when she was first born. My daughter loved it so much she asked if I could get it in the next size. It looks lovely on her, well made and washes up nicely!

Really disappointed with the service I…

Really disappointed with the service I received from millie and Ralph,I ordered a travel system on 20th April 2026 was told there would be a 7-14 day delivery time which was fine with me , never heard a thing from them.Iemailed them on the 5th May asking for an update which they replied with an apology and said that due to bank holidays there was a delay with delivery but was expecting stock of product the end of that week and would send it out as soon as it came into stock.Again heard nothing at all so contacted them on 11th may and was told there exact same thing, I eventually received my travel system on 19th May with no notice at all from them that it had been dispatched it was dpd who kept me informed about the delivery

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Trustpilot and I'm sorry to heat that you are disappointed in the service received. I have looked into this and can see that unfortunately your order did exceed the estimated 14 working day delivery window on this occasion. As a small family run independent business we do rely on shipping from external partners which is why all delivery dates are detailed as "estimated". I can see that we did receive the stock as planned but due to an error Venicci shipped the incorrect colourway. I can see the team did send a follow up email message to update you of this on the 12th when the stock arrived. You were also sent an order dispatch email from oursleves on the 18th but it would seem that you received neither of these as you mentioned not receiving any emails only DPD tracking. These can sometimes land in junk / spam email folders.
Whilst we fully accept that the delay wasn't a full 5 star service we expect I can also see that you contacted us following receiving your bundle with an issue with the raincover and a replacement was arranged and sent the same day. This does make us disappointed as a small business that based on the above you felt your overall service received warranted a 1 star rating.
I can only apologise again that the slight delays didn't meet the expected 5 star service.

Really disappointed with my experience…

Really disappointed with my experience ordering from this company. The delivery times were placed in such an unnoticeable place on the website that it was very misleading when booking — it appeared as though the pram bundle would arrive within 1–2 weeks, which was one of the main reasons I ordered.
When I was later told the actual delivery date, I explained that I was heavily pregnant and due soon, and asked if changing the colour would make delivery quicker. I was reassured this would be fine and given a new delivery date that worked for me. However, shortly after, I received another email saying the bundle was delayed, then another saying it had been delayed even further, making the new date completely unsuitable.
At that point I requested a refund, only to be told I would have to pay a restocking fee — despite the item not even having arrived with them yet. That made absolutely no sense to me.
The whole email experience was stressful and unnecessarily cheeky in tone. There seemed to be no understanding or care that I was heavily pregnant and already under pressure trying to organise everything before my baby arrives. It honestly felt like they were taking money from stressed mums-to-be for no reason.
Very upsetting experience and not the level of customer service I expected when buying something so important for a new baby.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review on Trustpilot. We were extremely disappointed to see that you have returned to write this review 10 months after placing your order. Having looked into this I can see that you pre ordered a bundle for early October delivery. All pre order details are highlighted in bold, red text on the top of the product page for any pre order items. I can only apologise if this wasn't clear. Looking over the email correspondence I can see that we offered to look into changing the colour of this for you however upon speaking to the manufacturer this had also gone onto pre order for the same date when you requested this. When advised of this your response to us was that you had made a claim to small claims court to receive a refund. I can see that the team went above and beyond to prioritise stock for you based on your due to date and this was delayed by only 5 days despite this being on a 2 month pre order and was still due to be shipped within the quoted date of "Early October". Due to this you were not charged a restocking fee, you were advised of a cancellation fee which covered costs incurred by ourselves. If the delivery timeframe was not able to be met then we would have offered a full refund.
Being a small independent business we work tirelessly to ensure all customers receive orders within the quoted timeframe so I can only apologise that you felt your experience was upsetting.

Great company!

Not only are the clothes beautiful but their customer service is brilliant.

I accidentally messed up the delivery address and whilst Royal Mail took around a month to return the items to Millie & Ralph, they kept me updated and even sent on the items to the correct address the day they received them back - and at no cost to me.

The recipient was delighted with their gift also.

I will definitely purchase gifts from them again.
