As ever, excellent service at the Nailsworth Branch of Miles Morgan Travel! Although very busy, Claire was happy to make enquiries on our behalf, offer advice and ensured that we had all the information we needed before going ahead with our booking. The staff in Nailsworth can't be faulted - they are always willing to go the extra mile for their customers - many thanks to you all!

We have booked our first European river cruise with Miles Morgan in Nailsworth, with Claire Griffiths. She was amazing with all the information and knowledge she has, we cannot wait to go now.

Your Naisworth staff are knowledgable, organised and efficient. I was in business for many years, although not retail. Ones staff are the front line of contact and a valuable part of driving the success of any concern.
THey also have all our detail and dont need reminding who we are!

Went to Miles Morgan on Saturday hoping to book a holiday for the following week after, Emma was busy and had an appointment for 2pm aswell, she said she would ring me with some holiday options, she rang back at 4.30 to say her appointment had just finished and could Claire phone me on Monday, I said that was fine with me. Claire phoned me and said she'd emailed me about six late bookings so I said I would look at them after work and choose one with my partner and book by phone in the morning. Rang Claire in the morning, told her which one I wanted, booked and paid for within 15 minutes, will collect documents later, couldn't have been easier, was so much better looking at the choices at home on line, thank you so much to Claire and Emma and all the staff at Miles Morgan for getting me a great holiday!

This is the first time we have used Miles Morgan and would recommend and are also planning to use again. Emma listened to our requests, was very friendly, polite and most importantly able to book the exact holiday we wanted! Thanks Emma we are really looking forward to our holiday.

I always feel very spoilt when I call-in. Nothing is too much trouble, the advice and service are always excellent. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Miles Morgan’s customer service is outstanding. So friendly, so professional.
Everything is taken care of.
I booked at the a Nailsworth branch and found Onya, who took my booking was lovely and so professional.
I subsequently dealt with Claire, who I didn’t actually meet, but who sounded so natural over the phone.
I wouldn’t hesitate to book through Miles Morgan again. I was genuinely impressed.
