Molly was a gem when it came to organizing our holiday for me and my two friends, she found us a very nice place in Lanzarote that ticked all our boxes and we are very much looking forward to a great holiday in 2026!

We decided at late notice to book a particular holiday, phoned Suzanne the agent who started the procedure prior to visiting the shop. She already had our details from a previous booking so when I arrived it was just a case of confirming details and paying. So easy and efficient. We can all easily book on line but we like the security of getting it done with an expert to avoid any mistakes.

Great customer service.
