Very friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable staff who provide an excellent service.

What can I say I booked last year to take my son who is autistic to Greece they meet everything I asked for even more .So came back and have booked for lanzarote next year they go above and beyond if not more thank you thank you words are not enough.

Just good to be able to talk to a person about our holiday, rather than a screen!

The service was excellent staff Bonnie went beyond expectations a wonderful girl. Actually listened to my specifications. Got me a fantastic deal.she was very polite easy to chat to.didnt rush me in any way.what a great wee lassi .only one downside was flight return will leave me stranded at Bristol train station for 5hrs fuel to flight time return

We don't go on holiday very often. Mandy in Abergavenny is a star. When I went in with where we wanted to go and our budget. Mandy sorted out the hotel, helped and advised about our flights, sorted out seats. I asked her to sort the insurance out which she did there and then. Our holiday was all sorted in my lunch hour and no stress. Thank you Mandy
