We bought the 'indestructable' toy bear for our dog. Lasted 2 minutes. Absolute rubbish.

Don’t buy from this place! Everything they sell is junk.
Their “indestructible “ bear lasted 3 minutes. Then they offered a $2.00 refund. I told them to stick it where the sun doesn’t shine. Learned a lesson, always look at the reviews.

After being charged an extra $50 for an item for which I had already paid $15, I finally received it 6 weeks later and it is TOTALLY not as pictured. So horrible crappily made it has been consigned to the bin. The bank organised the return of the fraudulent $50 charge.

I ordered a product and it arrived, but not as it had been pictured. I contacted support for a refund. They requested my order info, which had original pictures of the items, pictures of what I received, and then they told me they didn't see a problem with what I had received. They offered me $3 for my trouble. after multiple attempts to get a refund, they offered me $6 to keep the items. I insisted they go back and at the cost of the company since this was not a mistake on my part. I am still going back and forth with them. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Purchased the “unbreakabear” lasted 30 min. This company is Chinese and hiding behind various odd ship from locations. Took 3 weeks to arrive. Offered me $2 refund or to pay to ship the trash back to china. Like I would spend any more money on this garbage. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I got my dog one of the undestructible bears and it lasted two days I've got all the body parts if you want them just tell me where to send them I like my either replaced or refunded your choice thank you

Complete scam. Toy lasted five minutes. Absolute joke. Avoid, avoid,avoid!

Do not trust this company. Ordered items, they state it was delivered with an unusual tracking number by USPS. I have contacted USPS, they have no record. Also I have informed delivery, no package listed there and ring camera does not show any deliveries at the date and time they state it was delivered. Contacted them - email only - 7 emails later. too bad talk to post office. SCAM!

Your company sucks donkey dicks.........somehow could I possible make that more plain....the product is shit, your customer servicepeople are assholes...........wow quality all of the way? I wish there was something below One star

If they had a negative star rhats what I would give. Purchased a Unbreakable Bear for tough chewers lasted less than 30mins. Contacted support who tried to offer me 4usd after paying 26usd. Lucky I use PayPal and they assisted me. Have used PayPal for many years person and awesome to deal with. As far as Mildnear go will steer clear and spread my troubles with them. I may be one person they think they can disrespect but my review could be seen by millions.

Purchased 2 “indestructible “ dog toys, $20 each. Destroyed in 1 day. Now I cannot reach customer support to get my money back! Do not buy from this company!!

My order is showing it’s in Ireland…. Since 12/26…. Still haven’t received it so I cannot even rate the item. Seems like another Chinese bs site. I’ll have to do a charge back on my card.

Do not buy anything from this company. I never got my order and they say it was delivered and I cannot get any information about the tracking they provided.
Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth! Order was placed on 12-26-25.

Purchased the balancing fish and fisherman.
When I received it, the balancing post was missing. After several emails, requesting a replacement or the missing post.
They’re response was “that was the item I ordered and sorry I was not satisfied “.
Needless to say the GIFT was useless.
Won’t go there again.

I would appreciate it if you would send me a new ball, because we tried to charge it and it wouldn’t take a charge. My dog really enjoyed playing with this ball and would appreciate it if you would stand by your product and replace it or reimburse me for what I spent. Thanks June Heitman

Their products are terrible and their service, even worse. I bought Universal Cable Tie Clip Engine & Fender Fix! I paid $17.38 and they failed to hold and you offered me a $1.00 refund. Shame on you!
