Want to make a return and have been asking for the return label for 5days. Still haven't arrived and all they say is that they're sorry and a new is coming. I got a mail saying that the label was attached but it wasn't. Feels more like they are forcing me to keep the bag..

Warning !
I bought an Alexander McQueen bag in January that I reclaimed by the time. They do not want to handle my reclaim they blame the original shop. This is a lot of money - they show no respect.
I am so disappointed and they keep saying we will get back to you but never does !

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve …
Update April 19: I’ve got my money back!!! At least, in the end, they kept their word.
Update April 12: also 1 week after this response from miinto to my review below - nope, didn’t get any money yet.
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. This company is a total disaster, I would never ever order anything again.
In January, I returned brand new sneakers because I ordered 2 sizes at the same time and just found out after asking the support that they rejected my return because the shoes had „stains“ - which was simply not true and I never got any prove. After months of discussing and stalling, I finally got an email saying that I will receive the refund soon, but also this deadline passed and a still haven’t gotten anything. Now that I see all these bad reviews from the last few weeks, I know that I’m not alone.

No order and no contact with them
I have not got my order it has been almost 2 weeks and i got a email that said that it will be out for deliverying and i will get it whitin 3-6 days but it hasn’t come and i cant track it either. I am not able to contact costumer service because the chat function is noot working either and they dont have a phone number you can call. Not good support.
