Quick response, excellent customer service
Our printer was playing up, the engineer came and did not leave until he had resolved the issue. It took a couple of hours but it was resolved. The engineer was a very pleasant man. Thoroughly great service.

We had problems of all sorts !
We had problems of all sorts on two of our main machines.
Repairs were carried out promptly and the engineer Keith was excellent. He was very efficient and got both machines working again in no time.
