Single bed
All in all, this was a great experience. Easy to use Web site, great communication, delivery was fine and the product was good quality. The only issue was one on the metal inserts for the feet was damaged and the foot wouldn't go in easily. I had to force it in using very excessive force. Luckily, I had the tools and know-how to do this. Others may not.

I ordered 6ft bed paid extra for disposal an build bed supposed to come monday (not 3-7days) never came delivery Tuesday brought 6ft mattress double base weds brought base to fit mattress still no headboard thurs never came promised Friday it's not on our route Saturday definitely I emailed said hope it's right one to be told it's packed we cant check Saturday comes wrong headboard looks like fit single bed fuming is not the word you pay good money for delivery of goods midas blaming v1 delivery they said what midas sent so up to now still not got complete bed feel like saying come take bed cos not delivered bed worse company I have ever dealt with see what say on monday as nobody works weekend monday here delivery saying they not recieved it yet midas saying its at delivery an it's their fault who do I believe at this point none of them

Great service from start to finish
Right from when I ordered my bed , I received emails keeping me upto date with its progress. I was given a date for delivery and the opportunity to change it if need be .i was contacted by the delivery personnel about 30 minutes before they arrived .
They were very efficient and pleasant when they arrived taking my 4 piece divan bed upto my loft bedroom

Loved the bed base, I cannot believe how much extra storage it has given us. Its really strong and well made. No creaking when you get in or out of bed. It was fantastic value for money. Easy to order and delivery was well communicated and well executed. Well done

Really bad quality
Really bad quality, I ordered an ottoman bed that I have to manually take the legs off, and pull my superking mattress off it to get under the bed. Never seen anything this poorly built

It was easy to order on the website site and the delivery service was excellent. The bed is well made and finished and more than equal to our other which we paid a lot more for. Would highly recommend.

Good price, service, poor communications
Ordering was easy and straightforward. The prices were reasonable compared to others. Delivery was good and the gentleman who brought the bed had it assembled and in place very quickly.
I would have given 5 stars but communication let them down. The web site gives no communication information and after some digging around, I found their Facebook page and was able to message them from there. Response was very quick the first time but received no response to a further message a couple of days later.
