Mine was a wholly positive experience. Mickleburgh had the best price for what I wanted and listed standard delivery. I expected a reasonable wait, but I was pleasantly surprised when it turned up very quickly well packaged.

Service good, delivery poor.
Customer service communication was good and visiting the shop to choose our piano was a delight. The delivery date was set quickly once we had paid for the piano but sadly the delivery experience was poor.
The piano came in a large awkward box and weighed 55Kg. Unfortunately the delivery company sent only one somewhat senior driver and no delivery mate so manoeuvering the parcel into the house was difficult. I was too elderly / injured to help and he only agreed to deliver into the house with my wife struggling to help him, or else it would have been taken back to depo.
I would suggest Mickleburgh either use another company or else insist that all pianos are delivered with two people as our experience was discourteous both to the driver and the customer.

Thank you for your review Arkay. We have been in touch over email about your order - and were not pleased to hear that the courier only sent one driver to deliver the piano in the box. We are limited when it comes to shipping products of this size or weight as vast majority of couriers won’t take them at all. We are actively looking into alternative service providers when it comes to delivery. We really appreciate your feedback here as we are continually trying to improve the service we provide or other companies we use to get the goods out! Thank you again.
