I would give it a zero if I could
I would give it a zero if I could. I bought a purse direct from Michael Kors in 2023, but I never used the purse until approx. 6 months ago. The straps if this.purse started unraveling at a rate that I never seen. I contacted the company, sent pictures and because it was outside of the warranty time frame, they wanted me to pay for the repairs myself. A good company will do whatever is necessary to keep their customers happy, especially if this is not a regular occurrence.
This company and their policies sucks and I will never buy their products again
Glass on changing battery
I waited for while to get watch when I finally did couldn't get the back off to change the battery, finally did then couldn't get back on broke the glass and never wore it once. Yeah I could of went somewhere. But that hassle alone. I just give up

Michael kors experience
I ordered a small handbag for my holiday which was on sale at £115,paid £10 for nxt day delivery which was great. What's disappointing is I've paid all that money & I don't even get a dust bag with it to keep it protected. Was told by customer service to buy 1 at £10, I actually find that unprofessional & disgraceful to be honest especially as I already paid alot for the bag.

I was served by Chantelle, and she was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She was friendly, informative, and really went the extra mile to help me choose the perfect watch. Her customer service was outstanding, and she’s clearly a real asset to your. I really appreciated her help.
Poor Quality, No Support – Disappointed in Michael Kors
I purchased a Michael Kors handbag for my wife as a Christmas gift, expecting a high-quality product from a premium brand. After very limited use, the piping on the strap began coming apart — clearly a defect, not normal wear and tear.
I contacted Michael Kors customer service and was told the issue was outside the one-year warranty. I escalated the matter, explaining the bag had barely been used and this was a quality concern. Despite repeated attempts, the company refused to take responsibility, citing policy over product integrity.
For a luxury brand that charges a premium, this level of customer service is extremely disappointing. They showed no accountability or flexibility and offered no solution other than to pay for repairs out of pocket.
We expected more from a brand like Michael Kors. This experience has left us frustrated and unlikely to purchase from them again.

Bad customer service
Bad customer service. They sell at lower prices on website than store. When you buy from store, they fool you by not refunding. They keep the money as credit in store. Means you are forced to buy once you try to refund. Better quality bags are available at good price in market. From my side 0 rating

I have placed the order for a backup and a travel bag. Payed over £200 and still waiting for it. Is been over 2 weeks now. When tracking the order it says in transit.

I bought sandals 11.06.2025 I get parcel 13.06.2024 I wore them twice times and a week after buying them I wrote to the company to complain, the decorative element destroyed the material and color. The color is coming off the shoes and the shoes are falling apart and the company asks for pictures and says that the shoes have not been worn twice and the defect that the decorative element makes is probably also the fault of wearing the shoes hahahaha the shoes cost about 100€ (on sale the regular price is high ) and the company says that they will not accept the complaint because after sending the photos they think that the shoes have been worn more times.
I don't know what can be done with shoes in such a short time I'm deleting my account on this site this was my 1st request for help after many purchases and the last!

Display item and almost a month for a refund
I have ordered wallet for my wife for our Wedding anniversary. I paid £165, I recived, look like display wallet l, without proper packing, and missing strap. Contacted them straight away, they send me the label etc. I sent it back next day.
After few days I check with the refund and nothing came back to me yet. I Contacted them through website chat and I've been told to wait 2 weeks time for a refund, it is a bit ridiculous already but ok, that their policy. Two weeks past. I talked to them today, and they issue the refund of £150, I paid £165. And wanted me to wait another 2-5 working days to proceed the refund. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never ever order anything from Michael Kors. Never!

Bought 4 expensive shirts by mail order, washed them before wearing following ALL label instructions, and 2 of them were shrunk and misshapen beyond recognition. I only had these shirts for 2 days.
Called Customer Service at Michael Kors to arrange a return of the shrunken shirts for which I had all the tickets, packing bags and original order information. After a long phone wait I was told that I could not return the shirts because they had been washed. I always wash new clothes before wearing which is recommended.They were totally unwilling to provide and remedy or refund or exchange.
This was my first Michael Kors purchase, but I will NEVER buy from them again. Expensive shirts made of cheap shrinkable material and customer service that is even worse!
For the sake of exchanging 2 shirts they have lost a customer forever. Really bad service!

The bag I bought as a gift seems fine, but the runners I got for myself had filthy soles. They had clearly been worn. When I requested to return them for a full refund they agreed, but also offered the option of keeping them for a 20% discount. This suggests the company does this kind of thing - passes off worn, used products as new in the hopes you'll keep them for a small discount. When I pushed back, they offered free shipping on my next purchase. The shipping on this order was just €4. So that's an insulting offer. Overall I'm left believing Michael Kors don't care about quality or customer satisfaction. A hugely disappointing experience.

I had fraud on my credit card and they opened a MK account along with purchasing 2 purses. I called and alerted MK not to ship but they said they would anyway. Ok fine. That’s on you as I disputed the transaction with my bank. I wanted to CLOSE the account the fraudsters created and was told the account cannot be closed. What? Are you serious? So if you create a Michael Kors account don’t ever expect to have it deleted whether it was created by you legitimately or a fraudster. They won’t close it. Horrible customer service.

Wonderful service
I visited the Michael Kors store at Olympic Park DFO this morning and had a wonderful experience. The sales associate, Navy, was incredibly helpful and kind. She made us feel very welcome and took the time to explain the current promotions while helping us find the right products. Her service was truly outstanding. I would love to come back and shop at this store again and again.
