First time renting with Charters and so far it has been super easy and smooth! All thanks to Eloise especially! She is so lovely and although our house viewing was very quick (which actually worked in our favour with a baby) she was so good at being informative and answering all of our questions which took all of the stress out of the renting process! This has been the best experience I’ve had with an estate agent!

My wife and I sold our old house and bought our new house recently with Charters. We were so pleased with the service we received from our sales progressor, Lisa Holden. She provided excellent communication throughout the process and despite several bumps in the road (through no fault of theirs) Lisa showed the kind of care that went above and beyond. She genuinely cared about our situation and was always a calming presence when we thought things weren't going well. I would thoroughly recommend Charters and Lisa in particular.
