Second and last order ever
This was my second time ordering from this brand. After a smooth first experience, I even recommended them to friends. But this time, everything went wrong.
I ordered two pairs of sunglasses a month and a half in advance, but they arrived way too late. The delay was unacceptable, especially since I had planned around their arrival. I contacted customer service via email—no reply, not even an acknowledgment. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored like that.
The sunglasses themselves look great and the design is nice, but for the price, the quality is just not impressive. It’s not a "wow" experience.
Verdict: First order was perfect, but the second was a letdown. Unreliable customer service and mediocre value for money. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I can’t recommend them after.

The company is a scam. I placed an order and cancelled the order few minutes later but they ignored my email and replied after they posted it. They then told me that I can contact them for return as soon as I receive the order. The order arrived and I immediately emailed, it’s been 3days and they have been ignoring my emails and messages. Besides the same flimsy plastic glasses they sell for €55, I just found out it cost less than $5 in Alibaba where they buy it. So avoid them at all cost.
