Best fountain so far
Best fountain so far, much better than the ones on Amazon. Finally a fountain I don't want to change.

The cats love it so I love it
The cats immediately accepted the fountain and used it a lot. Unfortunately the pump broke a few times for no reason, which left the cats super confused. Luckily the customer service provided me with a new pump every time!
Aside of limited working time of the pump, I am very happy with their products. 10/10 recommend.

It was easy to order and the delivery was very quick. The product it self was very easy to assemble and our cats seem to enjoy the fountain.

All good but not the box
Everything was good.
But the pieces were so closed in the styrofoam, that you need so much power to put them out.
So you have a reason, not to send back the box, because it is nearly impossible to put the pieces back !
That is not okay, but the product is good !

Dear Rene,
Thank you for your review.
We created a special packaging that the ceramic will not break during transport. We recommend to carefully cut open the Styrofoam and remove the towers. You can reuse the Styrofoam.
Thank you and best regards,

The pump is loud
The pump is loud, the splashing is very loud, and the fountain itself is so crooked that it wobbles so much that I had to put something under one corner. Otherwise, it looks very chic.

Hallo,
Miaustore-Team

disappointing
Unfortunately, my cats don't use the fountain. The motion sensor doesn't work either. Very disappointed at a price of €90. The fountain was very difficult to get out of the packaging.

Hello Jennifer,
We regret that the fountain was not accepted by your cat.
Please note that it might take some weeks or even months for some cats to accept the new fountain, this is exactly the reason why we offer a 1-year acceptance warranty.
Please feel free to contact our support and we will be glad to assist you.
Thanks for your understanding.
Best regards,

Even though the item arrived damaged during transport, they responded immediately and sent me a new one, in the color I wanted because I accidentally chose the wrong one the first time. I definitely recommend this Store.
