I ordered my sunglasses and they sent me the email that I will get them in a week. I haven’t gotten the glasses next MONTH AND HALF. I was sending emails and their responses were just sorry sorry we don’t know when we are gonna send it.
I ordered July 27, haven’t gotten them til Aug 28, when I decided to cancel. Today is Sep 14., I still haven’t gotten my refund. The worst experience ever.

Just needed polarized sunglasses
I ordered the Versace biggie, just as sunglasses, because I needed them polarized and they were on sale in this website. These sunglasses do not come polarized. The shipping was very quick and required signature. It was shipping directly from Italy. I would totally recommend buying directly from here.

No and poor communication
I have been attempting to contact them on their email address regarding a return and I have not received a response or acknowledgement to my emails. I have returned my order using the label included in my order over a week ago and I have had no communication or certainty that it’s in hand or will be processed. I can’t seem to get hold of anyone in customer service to receive clarification or reassurance it’s in hand.
They have responded to this to advise me to contact them on their customer service email address which is what I have already done 4 times without a response! Completely unhelpful.
