If I could leave 0 stars I would. I placed an order September 16th and it is now September 24th and I have not received any sort of communication regarding my order being dispatched for delivery. This is very unusual considering I placed an order for a ready to ship item, so I should at least have a tracking number by now. I have tried contacting customer service via live chat several times, but that never seems to work, and I have sent out two emails that no one has replied to. At this point I am inclined to report this scam website to my bank and cancel the order altogether. The headache is not worth the savings.

First they delayed my order and once I…
First they delayed my order and once I finally received it, they had shipped me the wrong glasses. If glasses I initially ordered were not in stock, they could have just let me know and I would have asked for a refund but instead they send whatever they want causing major inconvenience.
Below they mention that they are in contact to resolve the error but they are not actually providing a helpful solution. Stay away from this company
