Delivery from MGM Dundee branch was straightforward. After receiving a call to confirm my order and my day for my delivery, I also received ongoing notifications on the day ending with a call from the driver to say he would arrive within the hour. Ally was helpful pleasant and placed my varied selection of cut timber where I requested within my garden. Excellent service made pleasant by staff members. Thanks

The wood delivered wasn't of great…
The wood delivered wasn't of great quality. High number of knots and not the straightest. I discarded half of one of the sleepers as too bad to use.
The other annoying thing is the delivery. One guy sliding lengths off a lorry one at a time. No lifting equipment at all so he can't just dump on the drive. Make sure you have able bodied person ready to lift it all off.
