Would definitely recommend mg cannon Gloucester from me popping in for an estimate, arranging dates for the work to be done tk the 2 chaps collecting the car taking pictures, communication throughout exceptional and at the end of the day returned an immaculate car and they even cleaned it for me too. Polite, professional, no problem and they got it back tk me earlier than planned as they knew I needed it by a certain day and the reasons why. I felt they listened to me and they just got it. Having read previous reviews 1 negative review out of many shouldn't put you off using these guys

High Quality Repair
The work itself is of a very high standard. Garage also offered to collect and deliver van. Staff courteous on the phone and easy to contact. Lead and repair time did feel a little long and no courtesy vans were available but overall I would be happy to recommend MG Cannon.

Review of MG Cannon Dorchester
We were kept in touch by regular emails about the repair at all times. Good communication by MG Cannon. The only issue was that the 3 quotes obtained were much higher than the actual final invoice issued for what was a basic bumper repair but that was outside of the control of MG Cannon itself as apparently more parts were required to complete the job. The staff we spoke to were very friendly at all times. We would recommend MG Cannon to others but as I said earlier the main concern was that the repair itself was very expensive compared to the initial quote provided by our Mercedes Garage and MG Cannon Outlet in Plymouth. I would like the quote to have been more realistic as it was not a great experience to see the cost go up and up but as I understand it parts are parts so it is what it is. Perhaps Petrol vehicles are cheaper to fix or its simply far too much electronics in the modern car.

Top quality job
These guys did an awesome job of repairing my Audi A5 which needed an entirely new drivers side rear quarter. They did the job to a great spec and communication throughout the process was second to none. Regular updates on the work were provided with full transparency of costs. A full quality & safety check was carried out before handing the car over after a decent clean too.

Genuinely lovely people
Genuinely lovely people who did a great job and tried to keep me updated, only lost a star because the updated tracking system online failed to update. When I queried my car's progress, they were immediate in updating, sending me a text and email and calling me personally.

Splendid Wheels
I have been nothing but impressed with the quality and service I received from MG CANNON when my car went in for the wheels to be powder coated. Everything about the procedure was explained. The professionalism and care my car received from Mike Ed and Steve was outstanding. Accident that wasn’t my fault
When my car was in an accident that wasn’t my fault, I visited MGcannon for advice. They were wonderful! Told me the best way to handle the 3rd parties insurance company and how they could deal with everything on my behalf. They made this process completely stress free for me.
The staff were wonderful, polite, understanding and efficient! I had my car back within a week of going in for repair.

My beloved BMW
My beloved BMW was restored to pre-accident condition after another driver decided to run through a red light! The team (from Reception, assessor, guys returning car) have all been very professional and efficient. BUT friendly too.... Although it took 2 months (mainly due to delay in BMW parts) they kept me totally informed without me having to chase them. To be recommended.

Perfect repair carried out professionally.
The quality of service from the beginning of repair till the time the car was returned was perfect.
The car was collected, repaired and returned. You could not see any evidence of a repair.
