The shipping took about 2 weeks and the stickers included got folded along some of the stickers, but the two mushroom family plushies I got are extremely cuddly and cute. Worth it for adults and kids old enough not to be rough with them.

I ordered this December 9th and was guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I did not receive updates and did not get item until December 27th. Apparently, item sat in various places for unknown reasons. It's just not the same for my kid to open a gift 2 days after Christmas. I would have never ordered item if there had even been a chance it would not have got here by Christmas. Thats why I ordered so early.

My kids love their new friends. This will be my 3rd time placing an order. The kids want one for birthdays and any holiday gifts. The shipping is reasonable, and it comes in around 2 weeks. I'm so excited to see what they come out with next. Will order again.

There was a promotion going where if you bought on item you got the small mushroom plushie for 50% off. So I bought two plushies and added two small mushrooms to it obviously expecting to get four. I only received the two initial items. I emailed the company once I realized the only sent me the two out of four items and they never responded back. Needless to say I never received my full order. They were Christmas gifts. 👎🏾

We ordered 3 plushies, two long and one mushroom. One long and the mushroom were perfect. The second long plushie had an issue but after hearing from Mewaii I was given a refund.

I do wish I could take off 1/2 of a star due to it a while to hear back after attempting to contact them. Though once I did everything was managed quickly and satisfactorily so I'm rounding it up to 5 stars.

The plushies that were fine absolutely deserve 5 stars, they are soft and squishy and very cute.

Got 3 plushies. One for me, my sister and my brother. The plushies that were for my brother and sister were correct but the one I got for me was wrong. I emailed the company about it and they said they would only give me a small percentage back on the one that was wrong and told me to give it to a friend. I don’t know about you but because I was really looking forward to this gift (as it was a Christmas present) being told to give it to a friend and that they would only give me $5 of the almost $20 I spent just to get the wrong plush and then told to give it to someone else is not right. I don’t think I’m gonna buy from them anymore. Kinda ruined the whole experience for me

The shipment came quickly and the plushy is very cute, soft and adorable.

Still have not been helped after I've messaged several times since Dec 24th. I keep explaining what the issue is and no one helps very disappointed

I have received it as advertised within the 10 days no mind you this is ten buisness days. For any who may be upset I believe it's because we are so used to fast shipping the 10 days seem like a life time when you are excited, I was able to track my order every step of the way, I hope all of you realize that these are coming from other country's aross the world it takes a lot of effort from every one around the world to get these to your doorstep and some times some one some where is a bit delayed, but with my purchase it came JUST as advertised which I believe is astonishing I received the product as described and it is measured correctly, if you go with anything smaller than there largest it will seem smaller in comparison to what is advertised, however you guys have to understand they advertised as the biggest ones they have available becuase the bigger they are the better. I purchased the long blue star cat in the 3 foot size which is one or two sizes smaller than there largest the length is as described on there website so I'm unsure why some are upsetabout the sizing.
The softness of these are astounding it came vacuum packed but puffed upp to it's full size in about an hour, now they do recommend that use place them in a dryer how ever I don't have one so a good beat down is perfect for them to get to there full size and overall a great product. I will likely be purchasing in the future, I'm pretty stickler about managing money and I'm bit of a cheapskate but I believe these are worth every penny, and a great addition to my plush family.

And btw I am NOT paid for this review it is sincere and I rarely leave reviews but I decided to take the time and write this as I was very surprised how truly wonderful this company is.

I wouldn’t recommend it fell apart on first use! The stitching came undone and all the did was offer a small discount as compensation!

I love the loooong products. I have placed multiple orders over the past 6 months for various sizes. I have one to cuddle and use several as body pillows. They are perfect for low back, knee, shoulder and neck support. They are cheaper than pillows made for this purpose. I have given many as gifts. The orders have all come in a timely manner. I did not give them 5 stars because I should have gotten free shipping on one order that I was charged for. When I emailed customer service, I did not get a response. It wasn't enough to keep me from coming back, but they need to improve in that area. Only other complaint is that things are out of stock a lot. Never fails that I decide not to wait on an item to place my order and as soon as I do they are back in stock. Waiting on the dragon but since I just placed another order, not sure if I will want to pay S&H again to get him.

This item took forever to receive. Advertisement said ten days. It was closer to 3 weeks. The video advertisement makes you believe these are body type pillows. These are not as full in diameter as shown. These are more the diameter of a neck pillow.
I'm very disappointed about the price point for what I received.
My kids were fine with them UNTIL they saw a commercial for them, then also became disappointed how small they really are.

Very pleased with their products, they have replaced my wife's pillows she just absolutely loves them. The quality is great and the communication from the company is top marks. They dispatched in amazing times even around Christmas. Will definitely be buying more soon.

The items i received were different than the items i saw scooped on the live tiktok. Not to mention that i received the items a week after the time frame they gave on the live. When i reached out to customer service via email about missing items i received no response even though it has been almost 3 weeks since i sent the email.
