Fun to watch and order on live and order was just what they showed. Charters are so cute and soft.

I have purchased 8 mewaii in different sizes and 3 of the mushroom ones. They are all loved. Just gifts and nice sleeping buddies.

The live scoops are so fun and exciting! Hosts are friendly and interactive. Plushies are very good quality. Some more firm & soft and some more squishy soft. Quality stitching for lots of squeezes and hugs. Items shipped well and reasonable time at 2 weeks from China to USA. Ordered twice already. With one order received. Keep in mind, you may have multiple packages coming different days if large order placed. Looking forward to new releases 😀

Both orders never artived and i didnt get my 60 dollars back. horrible company

Edit: I ended up receiving the packages but they took like over two months to get here. If u want to buy something from mewaii I recommend just getting it from Amazon they have the same stuff.

My plushie arrived ten days from the date of shipment, which surprised me since it was in the middle of Chinese New Year.

The plushie came safely vacuum-packed and puffed up to its proper size in minutes and is amazingly soft and squishy as advertised. No issues with the sewing or stuffing at all.

Would easily buy from Mewaii again.

I ordered one scoop from the live. I screen recorded it... What I received yesterday was not the exact same as what was shown in the live.

I am waiting to hear back from customer support.

Did a mewaii live scoop on TikTok and had a great experience. My order arrived within 9 days and everything I had won was neatly package. Will definitely order again.

I am really really excited. I placed 3 orders (7 scoops). I loved being part of the lives and the team where so nice. Now none of my orders have been delivered and the tracking says they are back at vendor.

The support team where fabulous. I am really excited to say all my orders arrived. I even ordered something new. I was too hasty with the expectations of the postage. I really love all the different soft toys in got in my scoops. Love love love them. Great quality. Super cute. I also love the Mewaii camel and cow I bought. Thank you Mewaii for all the support you gave me. Very very happy customer.

They were a hit with all the nieces and nephews. I bought 11 of them.

I did two different orders with the schoops on TikTok. One was a very friendly gal named either Nina or Mina, I can't remember the other lady's name. They both did good scoops and I got the extra I was promised and also had a magic ball. The items are all the ones I saw them pull and they were accurate. The duplicates (not too many) I will share or give to children less fortunate. The plush animals are very cute, they come vacuum sealed so it was exciting to open and watch them come to life. My sofa is covered with all of my new friends. Also, it got here from China in a week!!

Super soft awesomeness! We sooo love our plushies! We've already several Loooong Family cats at home. The prices are ok and delivery is fast. We will order again for sure. :)

I’m in love with Mewaii! I ordered a couple plushies and let me tell you I’m in love ! They are soooooooo soft and soooooo much cuter in person ! It did take a while to receive of course coming from another country but all well worth it. Ended up buying more and sending to my nieces . I know they will be absolutely in love with their plushies !

It takes a couple weeks to get but it’s worth it. I got a cat my sister got a cow and grandkids got smaller cats. We All love them. Just to let you know, it’s worth it.

The first order I did for Xmas present was fine until my grandson opened his,his had a hole in it and shaped like a banana as not sewn properly other 3 were fine ,did another order so I could get him 1 I hoped would be fine , and that 2 were fine also have ordered a 3rd time and both fine as well ,all came in timeframe they gave when ordered ,apart from that 1 have no other complaints

Hello, so I placed my order on Jan 13th and received my little plushies from the Mewaii live ( 2 scoop and free 14 inch freebie which was the strawberry cow whale) but I did not receive the strawberry cow from the ocean family.
I was disappointed as that’s why I did the two scoops and was looking forward to receiving it.

I placed an order for 2 scoops to get the medium/large corgi plushie. I never got the corgi, and they counted each scoop as one separate scoop order. I am very disappointed as this was my first time ordering. Other than that the plushies are fantastic.

This company is trash, I only received half of my order. The other half of the order was lost. They sent reply emails saying "you will suffer no loss" and then would ghost me for weeks and lately have stopped responding to all emails. They don't respect their customers and once they have the money could care less about their product.

first order was great. everything was perfect. so i ordered a 52 inch cat. terrible order. i received a 44 inch cat. it has a hole in the top of its head, the zip is broken, it came with no mewaii tag, instead it says “lissidoll” so i’m thinking it’s a dupe like mentioned in a previous review. i have emailed twice and received no reply. i managed to get a reply on facebook and they agreed for partial refund but have not heard back about when i will receive or how much

I didn’t receive anything! No notifications about it! I track my package to see when was the arrive date and it said that the package was already delivered, I never received anything! I’m very Sad, angry and disappointed

All plushies are great quality! They're all adorable! Me, my grandchildren and my kitten love playing with them!
