I recently had a frustrating experience with Metricool regarding their auto-renewal practices. The invoice and charge for my subscription renewal were processed simultaneously at 1:45 a.m., leaving no opportunity for advance notice or to cancel before being charged. I reached out to their support team by 6:00 a.m., using both email addresses they had on file for my account (as shown on the invoice and receipt). However, they claimed they couldn’t locate my account with either email and refused to issue a refund, citing their terms and conditions.
While I understand the importance of terms and conditions, their lack of transparency and failure to provide proper notice for the renewal left me unable to make an informed decision. Additionally, their system’s inability to recognize my account despite charging me raises serious concerns about their customer management practices.
I immediately canceled the auto-renewal to prevent future charges, but I am disappointed by the lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve this issue. If you are considering using Metricool, I strongly recommend being cautious about their auto-renewal policies and lack of customer support.

Metricool is fine in terms of its functionality. However, their customer support is abrasive (to say the least) when it comes to customer renewal, and the customer no longer wants to renew. Too bad. If you use PayPal, what happens is they bill you, debit your bank, and refuse to issue a refund, even on the same day you are notified of their billing. Why? They claim their service requires a 15-day advance notice of the customer's intention to cancel. Wow. This is quite arrogant, especially when the customer receives no advance warning that the renewal date is at hand.

It's not bad but not great either. Australia never comes up as an option but Aus Post does? I've complained a few months ago and they said they would fix but it's still the same
