Stay away from them! They gonna steal your money, completely useless, they are full of errors, posts won't published on scheduled time, they fail with the reports with wrong statistics, the support team is very rude and they don't know anything. I won't recommend it to anyone.

I've tried Hootsie, Pallyy, and others, Metricool is by far the best. Great chat customer service, Inbox is a huge advantage, and literally one post works for all of my SM accounts. I had quality issues with a few others I tried. It also handles multiple business with ease as well.

I've been using other social media tools in the past, and they were ok. But when the most recent one I was using decided to DOUBLE what they charged for just 10 channels I looked around for an alternative. Metricool takes the cake in ease of use, breadth of channels, and analytics. I'm telling everyone I know in the field of Social Media content development and creation to use this...it's changed my world, provided margins to expand my business, and allowed me to get back to a work/life balance I didn't know was possible any more.

Metricool has fair pricing, and a very responsive customer service team. I don't miss the competitors at all! I used to get "posting errors" all the time from both of the main competitor platforms, and I do not get those with Metricool.

The interface is so simple and friendly. The integrations in terms of number and variations were superb. They are the ONLY SOCMED MGT TOOL with that much of integration wherein you can also add your website, google business profile and ads!!! Their help center has the kindest of people. They are fast to respond and super helpful. NO TURNING BACK. Very affordable as well. METRICOOL all the way!!!

In today's centralized internet, when business owners rely on 3rd party platforms, many software companies prioritize their own agendas over the users. Not the case with Metricool. They not only listen to their base of customers but respond in a manner to best serve their needs. This is refreshing in a climate where customer service is dwindling to the point where contacting support is opaque and automated to eliminate the human component. Not only did I get a response within minutes of submitting a request but I actually had contact with three different human agents working hard to resolve my ticket. My issue was resolved completely within an hour. I'm officially a forever fan of this scheduling platform. Way to go Metricool! I am grateful to the support agents and developers who helped resolve my issue. Keep up the great work!

Our agency has had problems with our other social media management platforms in the past. We will not name names, but they were incredibly unhelpful, buggy and not built well, and the support system was always out of office and could never help us.
Metricool so far has blown me away with their attention to detail in their support system, Carolina (and Edgar) were incredibly helpful to me even when i was being rude and catty because I was frustrated (I was in the wrong). Carolina solved the issue, and was compassionate.
Nothing more you could ask for from a platform like this. Good support makes or breaks a system, and right now they have that figured out.
The platform itself is incredibly gifted with so many easy to use tools. Finally a platform out there that thinks about the end user's experience. Transformative for my agency.

For social media it works. But for Wordpress website it doesn't work at all and disconnects itself after some time The support staff doesn't seem to know why at all. One thinks is due to cache-plugin which almost every wordpress website has. Other claims I discconnected it myself. And someone else claims its due to lack of visits while my website gets visited every day according to other analytics platforms. Also why should a analytics plugin disconnect itself when it has no visits in 1 day? Sounds like nonsense. Other social media platforms work like a charm. Its only my wordpress website causing issues on Metricool.
Update: Turns out it disconnects itself after 2-3 days of low/none visits. So now in the low-periods I have to manually visit my website every 2 days to keep Metricool connection alive. But also the statistics from Metricool are different compared to the GoogleAnalytics statistics for the very same website. With Metricool reporting higher stats than GoogleAnalytics. So I decided to remove Metricool completely from my website as it proves to be unreliable for smaller websites.
To reply on Metricool employee; It doesnt only show a warning to check the plugin, it completely removes/dissconnects the website from Metricool dashboard causing it to stop recording statistics.

I needed help better understanding the plans and if Metricool could cover all the needs of my business. I have a digital marketing agency and I needed something to cover the scheduling part of the social media branch. I spoke with Maria on the Metricool website chat and she responded promptly and professional, being super helpful with everything i needed and asked. I did the same process with around 15 other scheduling tools for social media, some didn't bother to answer, others answered pretty late or incompletely or just seemed disinterested. Metricool is in the top 4 from the ones that I talked to and for this support I recommend them. I am now in the process of purchasing an advanced plan and see how i feel with it, with its UX and everything else.
