This is my first time to order Metisu brand dresses direct from Their web instead of from Amazon. Comparing with some clothing company such as BerryLook on Facebook, Metisu provides outstanding customer service with fast shipping, Quick response and friendly attitude. Always sending update notifications once we placed the orders. Previously I had purchased few clothing from BerryLook. Their customer service is a nightmare. You could not even find the transaction records once you placed the order. It takes almost 3 months to deal with them back and forth for money refund. They took all means to delay the process.
On the contrary, Metisu provides great customer service. I will definitely doing business with them base on their sincere attitude.
One of the dress I ordered from Metisu is a plain but very comfortable casual dark blue dress. The material is very good and very well made. The fit was perfect . I am very happy with the order.

Really pretty dress, the embroidered fabric is gorgeous. I get many compliments on this dress and it is a lovely style. Delivery did take a little while. I would sat it runs a size small. I would have exchanged but I didn't want to wait for a new one to come in. Size up!
