Santosh provided world-class support both in terms of quality/knowledge and timing/availability, allowing us to get our electronic scoreboard operational in time for a match against top of the league. One of two new signs turned out to have a defective circuit board. The engineers were incredibly responsive, identified the problem, sent out a replacement and then talked me through the process of installing it despite a complete lack of experience with electronic circuitry on my part. We are very pleased with the reliability and performance of the signs.

I bought a sign off eBay with no instructions or software.

I emailed support about getting it an IP address as I had set it up via a esxi hosted windows VM and needed software and how to get the IP of the sign.

Support was impressive!

Advised on how to get the IP of the sign and sent me the software needed to get it up and running.

Very happy and support clearly knew what they were talking about and offered a mobile number to call if I got stuck.

Would definitely do business with again if I ever needed a LED sign again.

We have utilised Messagemaker to provide both Speed Awareness and Message Display Units for the site.

We installed the LED signs, ANPR cameras and a mobile network all managed within our Visitor.Express software. We can easily send customised messages to vehicles entering the site. I have been charged with procuring ,installing and running four Vehicle activated signs from Message maker and the service has been fantastic. Any issues, which to be honest have been self inflicted rather than a fault with the product have been swiftly resolved by either the sales team or the Technical team. So far it has been a very pleasant experience and the equipment works well. It has had a noticeable impact on traffic speeds which we track using the data package. I looked at several different systems and have no regrets 6 months on that we settled on Message Maker as a supplier.

Awesome company more than happy to help we wont be using any other companies now we have found this one.
