Great service and a really fantastic item as well as looking great in the island it has become a talking point and has got a lot of attention and good comments

Great product, looks proper smart, a centre piece to our island. We had an issue with the unit not working but they sent a replacement straight out with no fuss and organised with that courier for the unit to be returned.
Zoe who we dealt with was amazing, very polite, very helpful.
Will definitely recommend!

We would not be without our Kaelo, the plus model is worth the extra cost, and does exactly what it says, keeping red wine at a steady temperature and chilling slightly too warm wine- but we mainly use it for maintaining the temperature of already chilled wine to the last glass- brilliant. The company themselves are very friendly and helpful, and highly recommended, excellent customer service and after sale support.

we bought our wine cooler through a third party kitchen installer so had very little to do with Kaelo at that stage, we recently had a problem with it when it stopped working and were worried that the 5 year guarantee wouldn't be honoured, what a mistake, first rate service from Corrine at Kaelo and no issues whatsoever, Fantastic customer service and would recommend to anyone, brilliant

The Kaelo wine cooler has been a pleasure to use and is a real talking point with guests. The wine stays at the perfect temperature and can keep red wines at the desired cellar temperatures and whites chilled. The product looks great and is subtle yet can be customised via the LED colour change. We highly recommend the Kaelo having the wine to hand at the perfect temperature has proven to be a real luxury addition to the kitchen.

Such an amazing product and unbelievable customer service. Our old bottle cooler had stoped working - after a email conversation it was replaced for free and we were given very helpful instructions on how to remove and replace the unit which proved very simple to do. Staff all charming and very helpful - and we now have chilled wine in out kitchen unit again.

Bit of a gimmick - barely keeps a cold bottle cold (a traditional terracotta cooler would work better). Throws out a ridiculous amount of heat into the cupboard underneath where it’s mounted, relative to the minuscule cooling. Looks smart on the counter, but we don’t bother using it. Came as part of a new kitchen. Certainly wouldn’t buy independently.

Sexy Wine Hole

Kaelo Plus wine hole is just genius. It also helps in keeping the sister in law fixed in position on her stool in front of the SWH - much tidier than her lurching around the place. The whizzy lights are so cool tool.

I am still waiting for the mat to be sent to me. This, however, is being dealt with between Kaelo and the kitchen design team, and I am told it should be despatched imminently.

Just installed our new Kaelo, arrived on time and was fitted with great ease, how did we live without one!

A superb addition to any kitchen. As a premium kitchen specialist we take design seriously and the Kaelo looks so elegant in our designs as well as being highly functional. We started featuring Kaelo within our kitchens back in 2013 (I think!) and we have never had one go wrong.

Since I have Kaelo at home it seems like it's the center piece of attention. All visitors love it and want to know more about it. We love spending long evenings in the kitchen with some snacks and the cold bottle of wine within reach.
