Just one of the better brands out there right now.

I initially gave them a bad review. Turns out that I missed a step in the process of getting an appraisal. Anyway I told them and they fixed my mistake and then I did receive an appraisal. It was good. Thanks Mearto and sorry for saying those negative things. You are LEGIT.

Still waiting for my order to be shipped, order and payment was placed on May 19th. It’s now June 10th. No tracking number, nothing shipped. Still wondering what I paid for and where it is? 😅

Get a warehouse in EU so you dont need to pay 800 dk to get it to other countrys

I was having trouble with the tracking of my order from last drop and even on shop app I did not have any tracking available, I contacted mertra and Anj from customer service provided all the help I could have ever asked, fast email replies after fast email replies, a truly rated 5 star service. Really appreciate it thank you again Anj.

Mertra is in Australia. I live in the United States and my package arrived sooner than some brands I purchased from here in the states. I ordered a pair of shorts and they looked even better in person. I don’t normally write reviews online but I’d figure I’d write this in support of this brand because they went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my purchase. I look forward to doing more business with Mertra in the future.

Faultless customer service and gorgeous products.
Needed to change an item for size but it was out of stock, responded super fast to emails and issued a credit note - when I had problems using this (my fault!) on the next drop they refunded again and issued a new note right away for the balance - so helpful, and very patient with my mistakes. Plus the clothes are top drawer! Thank you so much. Look out for the fake websites impersonating this fantastic brand and drawing negative reviews.

Last year I bought a reactive wind breaker black. Today I had my first good rain storm, the jacket didn’t hold me dry.

This company is so sweet!! they helped me out so much when I had questions and they were very fast at replying to my emails. They even made sure to double check everything and gave additional help. I own many pieces of the brand and the only time I've had issues with the quality was with the origami windbreaker jacket. The customer support is very nice and sent me a new jacket after I explained that the one I got had issues. Unfortunately the replacement they sent me also had issues with the sewing very quickly. A little disappointing because the jacket was quite expensive, but all the other pieces (pants, T-shirts, crewneck, ...) I own have no issues in quality at all! 🫶

I'd also love if the measurements on the webside were not only the UK ones so I knew what size of f.e. pants I need to order without using a calculator 🥹

The Mertra product purchased was great quality and a good fit. Would definitely recommend. Also customer service following up on shipping were great.

I really can’t speak highly enough about Mertra, this brand is next level awesome. The quality is second to none and the fit and style are fabulous.
My son has purchased from Mertra so many times I couldn’t count and they have never let him down. The postage is super fast and the items always come packed so brilliantly. My son accidentally ordered two of the same item in his haste to secure his item and within 20 minutes the ‘duplicate order’ had been refunded on request! Such an unbelievably excellent company to deal with and the staff are so accomodating and friendly!

poor quality. discovered this brand through pinterest. the websites photo of the product Ive bought and also the pictures on pinterest were completely different from what I received. very poor quality

The experience I had with MERTRA was AMAZING!!!! I’m from Australia and the delivery was so quick and the communication and delivery was top tier. On top of this the clothing and pieces are made with the top quality and are so comfy to wear I’ll be living in it for now on. Definitely going to buy more from them in the near future 😎
