I’ve tried using mercuryo Wallet at least 5-6 times now and today it worked successfully. In the past the support team would tell me that my visa debit card was not supported by their service. After visiting with my debit card issuer i found that they were blocking this service not the card. It’s too bad that they couldn’t convey this to me sooner as I paid a lot of money to PayPal and Venmo to buy coin.

In 2023
In 2023, I came across a TikTok promotion connected to this company claiming that a £120 deposit would generate huge crypto returns. After depositing the money, I was repeatedly sent back and forth with support while getting no real answers. Eventually, my funds were gone and the website appeared to have vanished entirely. I also contacted Revolut, but they were unable to recover the money.
Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious before trusting this company with their money.
