Customer service is extremely poor and my case took 2 weeks to be delivered.
You should keep your customers updated as I thought I’d been scammed.
Case is very good however I would not recommend you to anyone solely because of your service .

The website stated London but yet came…
The website stated London but yet came from china and took two weeks to come.
They then sent out the wrong AirPod case and colour.
The quality of the AirPods case was shocking.
The iPhone case was ok on the outside but the inside was not aligned and crooked. The iPhone also doesn’t sit properly in the phone case the camera side sticks out the case and the other side fits snug so it’s slanted when the phone is in the case.
I do appreciate that they have gave discount for these reasons and are sending out the correct product and paying for the returns postage but for such a cost for a case it should be perfection not imperfections. You’d expect this on a cheap phone case products.

As stated in our email conversations your reasoning for why it took a little while to be delivered, was because of a high influx of orders resulting in us to have your order fulfilled by our manufacture. As for the wrong colour of the AirPod Case, sadly it was just a small error from our manufacturer which we then reimbursed you for and your replacement AirPod Case was sent out immediately. As well as you being unsatisfied with your phone case, you were then reimbursed with a brand-new phone case, free of charge, as well as being able to keep your current case. A little misleading
Brand name is more than a little misleading, having waited over a week for deliver as it came from china not London!
Quality not as you would expect for a £50 phone case, it’s ok but not for the money
