Quick delivery following order. So far the case and material is holding up well to constant rubbing as I pull out of my pocket numerous times throughout the day. It’ll wear eventually, I’m sure - like any other soft material, but can’t complain so far. Packed well and felt like you were buying a premium product.

Had to wait two weeks for the phone…
Had to wait two weeks for the phone case and AirPod case to come.
When I received the order the AirPod case they sent was for the wrong generation, I ordered the correct one but they sent out the wrong one.
The case quality was shocking the mag safe round circle leaves a mark on the case. The inside you can see all the glue / stitching wasn’t aligned.
They then sent out the correct AirPod case for it to be the wrong colour and not match the phone.
They then said they’ll send out the correct iPhone case to match the AirPod case and had to wait over 4 weeks for this for it to be the same case as I already got and not the correctly colour.
I’ve now been trying to email them every week for the past 7 weeks for them to correct the errors they keep making and now they are not responding to my emails at all.
There is much more to this but it’ll end up being an essay!
I would advise not to use this company, the quality is shocking for the price it’s at.
They are unprofessional with their emails and now they are clearly just ignoring my emails.
This was meant to be a gift for Xmas and now I’ve been unable to gift it due to them being different colours and this has been going on for more than 3 months!
I then got a response 3 months later and they said it has all been sorted when it hasn’t and now they are ignoring me again.
This has been going on since October 2023 and they will not take responsibility for the errors they have made nor are they doing anything about it to correct them because yet again they are ignoring my emails. Guess I’ll have to wait 3 months again for a response like before.
I have all my emails on file as proof.

Avoid
The product is thinner on one corner and exposing more of the phone. It's not even.
The customer service is non-existent and they reply in like 3 days if you're lucky.
They say refunds are available but they don't offer that. Only exchanges.
They'll do anything to not give you a refund. Never gonna shop with them again.

I am still waiting for my order but already been asked to review the company..?
You can see straight away that first few reviews on Trustpilot are fake to help with sales. Then once real customers start commenting, the true nature of this business shows. Just a bunch sourcing low quality junk from China and claiming it to be high end goods. Stay away.

The product i ordered for - iPhone 15 promax case is yet to be delivered after two weeks. What kind of company is that. Very disappointing.

Firstly had to wait almost 2 weeks for…
Firstly had to wait almost 2 weeks for my order to be delivered. Secondly after seeing and feeling the case, I was left underwhelmed and decided I wanted to return the case for a refund. After many attempts, I finally received an email from informing me that I can’t return the case unless there’s a defect. After explaining my experience and how I felt the case wasn’t right for me, they basically told there’s nothing they can do. As an online purchase, not having the right to change my mind and receive a refund, I think is poor customer service.

Sadly, after you, deciding you didn't want the case during the shipping process, there was nothing we could do while the items were in the post. Furthermore, if you read all the terms of conditions and refund and exchange policy, you will see that unless your item is defect on arrival, then there's nothing we can do and can't refund it due to you not liking it before you received it. Thank you for your review and honesty, we will look into all areas for other customers to have a better experience.
