Waited a couple of weeks for a delivery of a shed, stayed in all day to take delivery, received several stupid driver updates giving random delivery times ranging from around 4pm to after 10pm. Have raised a "ticket" on line no response received, cant find a contact telephone number to speak to a human being! Intend to cancel order and get refund, my recommendation don't use!!

We had a problem with what we had ordered, the quality was fine it was just caused by confusion with the retailer. Despite being under no obligation to do so Mercia agreed to swap out an incorrect panel for which we are most appreciative. Great service and a great company to deal with!

We bought the garden bar with shutters, the delivery driver was excellent, and did a fantastic job. But that's where it stops being fantastic, as the garden bar had lots of issues, the back panel was missing nails to keep the tongue and groove in place, so I had to screw lots of them down, the roof has more holes than Swiss cheese, the edge of the roof is damaged and chipped away, I've no idea how this will stay dry, I am going to have to modify the whole bar to try and make it watertight, and that's is before I paint it to protect it.
Overall I've just wasted £792 on crap. The instructions are OK, but it would make the job alot quicker and easier if all the pieces could be labelled , it was a complete jigsaw of madness. My recommendation is to stay clear of this bar with all it's issues and go and find another suitable company to purchase a decent product from, I just wish I had done that too.

Would have rated 0 if I could. Driver was 10 minutes from my house then went in the wrong direction. Tracker promptly turned off and over 2 hours later I get a cokk and bull story about being out of driver hours. No flexibility then when arranging to rebook delivery.

This review is for the courier not the seller. Can't comment on them as the item never arrived.

Ordered shed from wickes,said 7 days,as we moved house needed it asap but was told 16 days after I ordered,but day before its due their driver has left the company so no indication of when in future it will be delivered,I bought summer house last year off Robert days and guess what just realised same company who then cancelled on the actual day,saying driver ran out of hours.
No wonder driver left this time clearly treating staff terribly,delivering sheds on their own,from Nottingham to anywhere in country,they supply a lot of big companies,argos two I mentioned above so they can afford to let loads of people down.and shrug it off.
I’m glad I realised who they were as the quality of my summerhouse is poor so I cancelled my shed.
The nails in the panels are that far in the panels blew off in the wind.
The roof panel wasn’t square either

Disgusted but I suppose we hill have to wait another week

Bought a 6x8 wooden greenhouse. It took me literally days to assemble, despite being a builder. The instructions are unclear and the way it has been designed is for maximum work when assembling, and is very unhelpful.

Best delivery ever, very help full. Easy to build which was a good send. Took me and my husband 3 days, my husband only had one leg and I have mobility issues so thought we did excellent.

Had an 8x6 Metal Shed delivered toward the end of February, No fault on the delivery guys, they were great!

Then I found we were missing 2 parts of the Shed so went back to them & specified which number parts we needed. Great! Replacement parts delivered on the 23rd March however, the wrong parts!
Got in touch again, this time it has been a struggle to this day.
*UPDATE* upon writing this review, I had the correct parts delivered and the Shed is now complete.
I still stand by my poor customer service comments and would still avoid having to use them again.

Even though I purchased the item two years ago, Toni took the time to organise a spare part for me quickly and without any hassle. It’s rare to see that level of customer service after so long, and I really appreciated the effort and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Excellent service from start to finish, delivered as promised at exactly the time stated by a very professional delivery driver. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Paul the delivery driver was great. He arrived on time, unpacked everything and laid it out helpfully. At the same time he was chatty and pleasant. Great to have someone take time and pride in his deliveries rather than just dumping stuff.
