Its now 10 weeks since I ordered with nothing but an initial order number and nothing since about status. Obviously a criminal syndicate robbing everyone. Thing is how do they stay up online and active is my question. I'll be contacting the federal police to see what can be done? Btw I checked their address and its an abandoned garage 16 Junction St Marrickville NSW.

I ordered and paid for a t shirt for my daughter for Christmas. Paid for it. Got an email saying ordered received and paid for. All her other presents I have received, yet nothing from this site. No response to emails, nothing. Wish I had seen these reviews first!!

Total scam site. Pre-ordered the new Cure album off a link directly on the Cure's website. 2 months after the album was released I still have not received my order. Merch Traffic don't respond to emails or accept phone calls. Total Scammers.

Merch Traffic is an absolute scam. I placed an order on the 5th of November. Two weeks later and it still hasn’t shipped. I tried emailing customer service and reaching out to them on Instagram, but I got no response. I tried calling them, but all I got was an automated message saying the voicemail inbox for this number was full. I can’t even cancel my order because no one will respond to my attempts to reach out. At this point, the only way I’ll be getting my money back is to initiate a chargeback through my bank.

I ordered an item more than two months ago and a tracking number was sent to me a month ago. The shipping label was created, but the item was never shipped. Only after repeated requests did I receive the answer that the item was no longer available. I am still waiting for my refund.

I purchased a (very overpriced) Bruce Springsteen t-shirt at a kiosk on the way into one of his Wembley concerts as I wanted a memento of the occasion. When I put it on inside the stadium I discovered it had a hole on one of the shoulder seams. However, Merchtraffic has not responded to my request for a refund or replacement for the faulty item despite the fact that I obtained an email receipt from them and have contacted them multiple times via both email and their social media sites during the last 6 weeks. Customer service appears to be non existent. In my opinion it reflects badly on bands that they opt to use a company with such poor customer feedback.

If there was 0 stars, they would get 0 stars. I ordered a CD and inserted wrong delivery address by mistake (I re-located in the meantime, and my data was autofilled). Immediately I sent them a complaint asking to either change the address or cancel the order. Of course, neither was possible and since then they have just been replying to me with pre-defined text. Now I paid for something that I will not receive, nor will I ever get a refund as the CD will be delivered to someone else. I'm sorry I haven't seen their reviews here before making this mistake.

Months and order has not been sent, and cannot answer when it will be.

Do not order from any of the sites they operate, even for big bands you’d hope for better service from.

I have already sent numerous emails regarding my order MDN#47551 which was originally placed in October 2023 and have not heard back yet. My package still hasn't arrived today, I don't have support from the store, much less respond to my emails.

Beware!!! Do not order anything from this company. I ordered a hat and CD for my sister for Xmas on November 27th. The package arrived with only the hat, no CD. I have gotten no reply to my multiple emails. It is now December 26th and still no email or CD. This business is a joke!!

I ordered some apparel and a vinyl. The order took 2 months to ship. Upon arriving, the apparel was great, but the vinyl was chipped. I tried to order a replacement and or refund, but received no response in the course of a month. I would be ok with the wait times if everything at least came in mint condition, but alas, I am out $30 and three months of my time waiting for this vinyl.

Do not financially support this business or anything they do.

Is there a ZERO STAR rating? This is extremely frustrating. Other than the original order confirmation, there was no email to indicate that the products have been shipped, no tracking number, nothing! I'm almost afraid to cancel the order and ask for a refund because, what if this is a fake company? Have I been scammed?

Had a pre-order, payed via credit card. Now the item has been on Stock for weeks. No shipping, no answer to my Emails.
As german customer I have little ways to get legally my money back.
And they know that and they are laughing about it.
Don't buy from merch traffic!

After 30 Emails in 3 weeks, and using social media to get in Touch I got an tracking number.
That's way too much contact seekikg from a customer!

I ordered a Bruce Springsteen poster on June 16. I was told it would ship on June 30. Then I was told it would ship on July 24. It is now August 2 and I haven't heard anything from them. In my opinion, this is horrible customer service. I just reported them to my credit card company to dispute the charge.

Ordered a Bob Weir shirt and never received it.Finally got refunded.Why do music groups use this service?They are a scam outfit.They hold your money for a few weeks and steal your information…Do not use them.

Pure spam, they keep sending unsollicited advertisement emails but you can't unsubscribe or get rid of it unless you mark the mails as spam or set a filter to immediately delete them. They never replied to my request to unsubscribe and probably spend a lot of money buying email addresses on the dark web.

This company falsely claims copyright on parody shirts on redbubble despite parody being protected under copyright law.
They are also owned by multi-billion pound corporation "Livenation" that should know better than to Try and stomp on small artists 🤬

Horrible horrible service. I prepaid for ‘Miley’s new album which was suppose to arrive a day before the release, it didn’t ship until the 12th, release date was the 10th. I will never buy from this company again.

pretty unreliable company. No response to inquiries. That Depeche Mode or other artists choose to sell their merchandise through this channel puts them in a bad light. Super sad and embarrassing. So if you use this site, be aware that they withdraw the money immediately, even if it has not been sent. Maybe you are lucky to receive goods from them?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I ordered two shirts from the Stevie Nicks website on December 4th, 2022. Merch traffic fulfills the Stevie Nicks website orders. After about two weeks and no update I called the company, who assured me that my items were on back order but would ship as soon as it was possible. I was assured that I had not been charged for these items. Come the new year, I still had no updates and after looking at my bank statement realized that Merch Traffic had in fact charged me for the backordered items. When I called about this, they told me I had not been charged until the seventh of January which was a complete lie, but I let it go because they said my package would be shipping soon. A week later, no update, and so I called back and was told that my package was sitting in the warehouse and was ready to ship and would in a couple days. Finally, I got a tracking number, but my package sat in the warehouse for a week, and I decided to call UPS who informed me that they had no record on my tracking number. I then was advised to call USPS who also told me that they had no record of my tracking number. USPS doubted that this company was repuatble. FINALLY today on February 7th I got refunded for my items with no explanation. When I called they informed me that my package had been "damaged" and that's why they canceled it.... When I asked to speak to a manager during customer service hours I was asked if I would be ok with a "call back the next day"...after two months of frustration. This company is manipulative and deceitful!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
