Ordered a $80 hoodie and a $300 box set - only hoodie arrived.

Ordered a $80 hoodie and a $300 box-set. Delivered from US to UK, so had to pay UK customs charges before local courier would deliver to me.

Package - fully sealed and not tampered with - contained only the hoodie, clearly a fulfilment issue at their end. The customs label declared everything however, so I paid the full fees on $380 + taxes + shipping.

Box-set now out of stock and refunded, but I'm out $100 of UK customs charges and Merch Traffic doesn't care about helping resolve that.

They don't fully answer emails and don't actually care that their shocking quality control leaves people out of pocket.

Sad that so many big bands with loyal fanbases are abandoned to this shower of apathy.

Awful first experience with this company

I pre-ordered a Kygo LP, more than a year ago, that was originally scheduled for release in November 2024. According to the Kygo shop, that release date has still not been updated, yet we’re now a full year past it with no information provided to customers. There have been no status updates on the pre-order without asking, and despite asking several times for transparency, I still haven’t received any clear communication about what’s going on.

The only response I seem to get is, “You can cancel your order.” I don’t want to cancel my order... I want the record I paid for and that you continue to claim will still be shipped. All I’m asking for is honest, timely updates and not to be given assurances that you can’t fulfill.

Please be transparent with your customers and provide a clear update on the release and shipping status.

Zero stars for size, quality and support

Zero stars for size, quality, and support

I ordered a shirt in size Medium, but the one I received looks more like Extra Small.
I tried to return it — which turned out to be impossible.
Customer support replied weeks later, explaining that this is an “on-demand” item.
However, there was no mention of that anywhere on the product page.
The shirt can be ordered just like any regular item in the shop.
And by the way, this is a reclamation, not an exchange.

Wouldn’t accept return for defective t-shirt

I paid $60 for a t-shirt with shipping. After one wash and no wearing, a pattern of dark stripes appeared on the front and a large semi circle appeared on the back. It was clearly some kind of defect, perhaps residue from transferring the artwork on to the shirt. They wouldn’t take it back because it was outside the 30 day return window. How was I supposed to know the product was defective? Terrible policy and worse service.

Horrendous returns and store management!

Horrendous returns and store management. This company runs the Hozier online store. On August 16, 2025, I purchased a sweater from the online store for $60.80. The sweater was delivered on August 22nd. Within the next week, I tried to wear the sweater for the first time and the quality was terrible. The inside of the sweater was made of a black fabric that shed fluff all over everything. My hands and clothes and couch were covered in the shedding material within half an hour. I contacted MerchSupport, the company that handles returns for the site, requesting a return because of defective merchandise on September 4th. No one answered, so I followed up on the 8th and the 11th. On September 19th a customer support representative reached out with an incomplete pdf explaining how to return the item. They did not include a prepaid return label (which their site says that they are obliged to do when returns are due to a merchandise defect). I have continued to follow up on September 25th, October 1st, and October 6th, and I have not received a response. This company is defrauding customers by withholding access to returns and choosing not to follow their own policies as advertised to the public. At this point I would like a complete refund and I would be happy to throw this terrible sweater into the trash.

No stars. Promised 3-8 days shipping but it's been weeks. No response from customer service. I think they're in the wrong business. This is not how legit distributors work. Disputing the charge.

Criminal enterprise abandoned garage as address, BEWARE!

Its now 10 weeks since I ordered with nothing but an initial order number and nothing since about status. Obviously a criminal syndicate robbing everyone. Thing is how do they stay up online and active is my question. I'll be contacting the federal police to see what can be done? Btw I checked their address and its an abandoned garage 16 Junction St Marrickville NSW.

I ordered and paid for a t shirt for my daughter for Christmas. Paid for it. Got an email saying ordered received and paid for. All her other presents I have received, yet nothing from this site. No response to emails, nothing. Wish I had seen these reviews first!!

Total scam site

Total scam site. Pre-ordered the new Cure album off a link directly on the Cure's website. 2 months after the album was released I still have not received my order. Merch Traffic don't respond to emails or accept phone calls. Total Scammers.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Merch Traffic is an absolute scam. I placed an order on the 5th of November. Two weeks later and it still hasn’t shipped. I tried emailing customer service and reaching out to them on Instagram, but I got no response. I tried calling them, but all I got was an automated message saying the voicemail inbox for this number was full. I can’t even cancel my order because no one will respond to my attempts to reach out. At this point, the only way I’ll be getting my money back is to initiate a chargeback through my bank.

DO NOT ORDER HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

I ordered an item more than two months ago and a tracking number was sent to me a month ago. The shipping label was created, but the item was never shipped. Only after repeated requests did I receive the answer that the item was no longer available. I am still waiting for my refund.

Exceptionally poor customer service

I purchased a (very overpriced) Bruce Springsteen t-shirt at a kiosk on the way into one of his Wembley concerts as I wanted a memento of the occasion. When I put it on inside the stadium I discovered it had a hole on one of the shoulder seams. However, Merchtraffic has not responded to my request for a refund or replacement for the faulty item despite the fact that I obtained an email receipt from them and have contacted them multiple times via both email and their social media sites during the last 6 weeks. Customer service appears to be non existent. In my opinion it reflects badly on bands that they opt to use a company with such poor customer feedback.

If there was 0 stars, they would get 0 stars. I ordered a CD and inserted wrong delivery address by mistake (I re-located in the meantime, and my data was autofilled). Immediately I sent them a complaint asking to either change the address or cancel the order. Of course, neither was possible and since then they have just been replying to me with pre-defined text. Now I paid for something that I will not receive, nor will I ever get a refund as the CD will be delivered to someone else. I'm sorry I haven't seen their reviews here before making this mistake.

I have already sent numerous emails…

I have already sent numerous emails regarding my order MDN#47551 which was originally placed in October 2023 and have not heard back yet. My package still hasn't arrived today, I don't have support from the store, much less respond to my emails.
