One of the best in the Industry
Very personalised and great customer service. Karim knows exactly what to do when it comes to all types of jewellery. He helped with getting a sentimental watch’s bezel repaired and a polish, as well as advising on ring settings for a stone I have. I left with 100% confidence and trust in his service.

Engagement ring repair
Took my 30 year old engagement ring to be fixed. It had lost a diamond. This was replaced, other claws strengthened due to wear, and it was rhodium plated again. Very pleased with it, it looks like new. Thank you.

Engagement ring and gifts
Karim was excellent at guiding us through the process and giving advice in purchasing an engagement ring. Very trustworthy and you can tell he operates in good faith - now using Merchant's Jewellers are my only jeweller going forward as our experience has beat any high street store experience I've ever had!

Earrings arrived very quick at a…
Earrings arrived very quick at a reasonable price. Was kept informed of dispatch and arrival date which was good. Only one negative is that earrings were just loosely lying in the pouch they came with, it would have been better if they were attached to a cardboard holder and then put into the pouch as they were intended for a gift.
