Bad experience on many levels
It took two weeks to get the package. The shoe number was incorrect.
I used the spanish version of the web but all the customer support was in french and it took a long time to get replies (days).
This is not the official mephisto store, the service is just bad. Go to mephisto.com which is the official store.

This company is dishonest at best
This company is dishonest at best - I entered the wrong ship-to address in an order for a $400 pair of shoes only to be told minutes later the order could not be edited. Therefore, this company took my $400 and then proceeded to ship the product KNOWINGLY to an address they know is invalid. With zero option to correct the problem. DO NOT buy from these people they are unethical and couldn't care less about customers.
UPDATE: Company did the right thing and re-routed my package to the correct address thanks to customer service manager "Kim" who was very gracious and therefore I am updating this review to 5 stars.

I have been wearing Mephisto sandals for years and decided to try their sneakers. They are of the same excellent quality and comfort.

Shoes great but customs tax less funny!
I love the shoes. They are amazing but I had to pay customs duty of £62.00 before I could receive them and had to go the Royal Mail collection office on the other side of town. If I'd been able to buy them when I was on holiday in France (they didn't have my size) I'd have been able to claim tax refund of 20%. The UK doesn't seem to have the same shoe available. Why do we only get the ugly ones in the UK and not the stylish, amazing ones that France gets!
