Great boots, great delivery experience
The shoes arrived very quickly, there were no issues with the delivery service (they called me before coming). The ankle boots are exactly as described on the website, very beautiful and I'm delighted! I had already purchased these boots a few years ago and while they are a bit tight/rigid at first, are you break them in they are as comfortable as slippers. 😅

I had a great experience. The sales lady was knowledgeable and helpful, friendly and efficient. She’s a lady (perhaps close to 80) who ran up and down the spiral staircase leading to the basement storeroom several times for us. I’m puzzled as to why google had such negative reviews. In short, excellent service and we each bought a pair!

Good fit, but colour unusual
Delivered on time and a good fit. However, would have preferred that the ankle strap and the lower strap were both the same colour. I liked the cream of the lower strap and just wondered why you chose to put a pure white ankle strap?

These shoes look lovely. You can wear them to work or when exploring cities. They feel just like slippers on your feet. They were delivered from Germany to Switzerland in record time. I’m a woman with relatively narrow feet, so it’s not easy to find a suitable brand, but Mephisto is perfect.

I use to wear Mephisto shoe's for more than twenty years. I always enjoyed them but my last two pairs of shoes were not the same quality. The soles and leather are not at all the same quality.
