The soles of the shoes are already used up while the leather is perfectly fine. Really disapointed by the durability of the soles.

I love Mephisto shoes and sandals.
I have been wearing Mephisto shoes since I was 17 years old and I am 64 now.
Extremely confortable. Great quality.
The sandals I have just bought are beautiful and extremely comfortabel.

Great shoes. Rapid delivery of order. Size indications online are confusing — the EU size is actually a British size, and that’s what one has to look at to order. My EU size is 39; my British size is 5 1/2.

Mephisto makes great shoes. The best! They fit perfectly and they wear well. All that and they’re good looking too. What more could anyone want?

I ordered 2 pairs of sandals, and am still waiting for the second pair !!!

I bought shoes a month ago ans today I didn’t receive nothing…No news by Mephisto so I don’t Know what happened!!!

Hello. The order was sent correctly and fast. The sandals were carefully packaged. Unfortunately, I had to return them, and it took me a week until they sent me the post label. I had to send them an email and post a review here. After that, the process was very fast and seamless, and a few days after they received the item, the refund money was in my bank account. Thank you.

The order went very well.
The shoes that I had ordered were not the right size for me (too big).
I therefore returned them back to the store where they came from since it was in the same town. At the store I was helped by the store manager to find the right size. VERY HELPFUL ! Tried on different sizes...
Unfortunately, the size that is best suited for me is out of stock in the color that I want.
Hopefully, the shoe will be back, but I was told that it would not be before November.
Since the service was so good. I will return to that shop.
For me the product is very important... and the service is my incitement to return !

The Shoes are very comfortable and fit the foot perfectly.

I love Allrounder sandals; they adapt nicely to me foot shape, and are cushioned.

Perfect in almost every way despite issues due to the French "tour de France" that delayed the order on the delivery side (not Mephisto's fault by any mean.) Those shoes are so comfy and beautiful, with leather and adapted to large feet.

Everything was great and quick . But the greatest are the shoes . I love them .

I have purchased numerous pairs of Mephisto shoes over the years because I have always trusted their quality. Unfortunately, my most recent pair was extremely disappointing.

I wore the shoes only once, and after that single use, the cork on the bottom portion of the raised heel began to crack and deteriorate. This created a serious safety hazard. Had the heel failed while I was walking, I could have fallen and suffered a significant injury.

Following Mephisto's instructions, I sent the shoes directly to the company for inspection and repair. After two weeks without receiving any communication, I contacted them to check on the status. I was told that the materials needed to repair the shoes come from France and that they were currently out of the cork required for the repair, with no estimate of when it would be available again. Their only offer was to return the damaged shoes to me.

A broken pair of shoes is of no value to me. I requested a replacement pair since the shoes failed after only one wearing, but my request has been completely ignored.

I am now without the shoes I purchased and out $250. For a company with Mephisto's reputation and premium pricing, I expected far better quality, customer service, and accountability. A shoe should never become unsafe after a single use, and loyal customers deserve better treatment when a product is clearly defective.
