FAILED US.
They delivered a vehicle wing to a company in ullapool. It had a foot print on it and was the shape of a banana. Who in their right mind treats fragile items like that. The driver dumped and ran before we could complain. Maybe a guilty conscience.

No possibility to add a safe place, neighbour or any instructions on their webpages. Tried to use the link to track parcel, but no time window given. Phoned Viking (who I bought product from) and was simply told to wait in between 8am and 6pm! Extremely poor service, what kind of delivery company doesn't offer either a time window, a safe place/ neighbour option or a half hour notice phone call? Will never use again.

Failed to deliver. Said they attempted a delivery a specific time, but CCTV showed no one at the door near that time. They leave no "we missed you" card.
Tracking says it was in Chester ate 08:41 and they tried to deliver it in Shrewsbury at exactly the same time!
Their Webchat "Help" puts you in a queue saying:
Queue Position: 1
Estimated wait time 30 - 40 min.
Finally, "webchat" with an agent:
Then they need the Order Number, but not the Viking Direct order number I've been given, something else.
Menzies Tracking number tells the agent nothing but what I can see, so useless.
I need to tell them Viking Direct's pickup address postcode - I've no idea - Viking doesn't tell customers that.
An hour later, they've suggested that despite the email link from Viking Direct linking to MenziesParcels.com (AKA Parcel2Go) I should actually be chasing Menzies Distribution Ltd. Ho hum. Give up!

Menzies Parcels courier in my local area are a pleasure to deal with. One of the most professional and friendly I have used. Speaking as an ex-courier myself, its nice to see a driver with integrity who enjoys the job.

Menzies Parcels use a third party Parcels2Go to process collections/deliveries and payment of consignment. Parcel2go are a web based operation with no phone numbers only webchat to contact them. I tried them for 4 months as I am a one man band. Collections a nightmare. No guarantee they would collect next day. More than one consignement confused them and would only arrange one collection at a time. Had to constantly re organise collections. Paid for insurance on all consignments. One was delivered to a customer so badly damaged more than half the contents were missing and the rest could not be used. Been fighting for 7 weeks trying to get insurance payout as paid for full cover. They have now oferred 60% of goods value. Will be pursuing them through the local sheriff court. Would not touch them with a bargepole because of Parcel2Go. Drivers great but their hands are tied.

This company promised to deliver a parcel overnight or one working day... Even if it is a guide timeframe it is till misleading. We sent on 28th May, today is 3rd and recipient still didn't get it. Terrible! On their website we couldn't find how to contact them to rectify the problem or get any help.
