The technician did not show to install the service I signed up for. I waisted a day of work and Quantum Fiber refused to take responsibility for this loss.

I’ve had Quantum fibre for about 12 months now, good installation, I live in a rural area and was getting 36mbs of broadband, changed to Quantum and get over 100mbs, it’s generally stable, but occasionally goes off… but it’s far better than the internet service we had before which still dropped out at lower speeds.

Overall the service has been very good and great value for money.
The guys installing my optical fiber were a friendly bunch as my install wasn't straight forward and hadn't done it before, but they mastered it reasonably well for a new company and I am satisfied.
The internet and phone work well most of the time, just now and then I've had to report outages, but was soon back online.
Bills come by email and are clear to understand, no issue.
I had an issue early on which they responded and came out that day and was fixed with a new connector quick and easy :-)
I would recommend this service to anyone considering fast affordable internet.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Installation went very well. I encountered problems with the signal dropping out, which meant my burglar alarm wasn't monitored.
They can reply to emails. Call back when they say they will. Be more responsive. Overhaul their customer services.

Absolutely fabulous! We live in the middle of the Lincolnshire Wolds, struggling with ancient BT copper with very slow intermittent speeds. We now have a faultless service. No other company was interested in upgrading our service until Quantum came along. I pay a lot less now than I did with my previous supplier for 3 times the speed. I cannot recommend highly enough. The Poorest Customer Service Ever Experienced.
Double bills received since day one. Reported the first time I got one. Never changed. No explanation when asked other than 'it won't come out of your bank double'....it has. Direct debit now stopped my end until I receive some sort of explanation.
A 'past due' bill received for VOIP service I stopped months ago (no original bill received for it to even be 'past due').
Utterly abysmal customer service once you're in. No response to any emails to the numerous email addresses I've tried.
I called and spoke to someone 2 weeks ago who were 'going to look into it'. Nothing.
Can do the tech but zero clue how to deal with the people paying for all of these services afterwards.
On the verge of living with BT buffering because running a service like this cannot be sustainable if this is the level of customer service and billing...but they couldn't care less how many customers they'll lose I guess?

Quantum Air Fibre incompetent billing dept!
Although we are happy with the speed of service compared to our old supplier (Quickline) we are far from happy with the billing dept. I sit and watch my wife every month sit on the phone and talk to the billing dept as the price we were quoted, £29, is not what they try to collect and has been on many occasions twice that amount. Although they do correct the mistake, this is happening month after month after month costing us time and money to sort out. Unless this is the last month this happens we will be cancelling.

We recently had quantum air fibre installed, we found the guy who Installed the fibre polite,friendly and efficient and endured to the COVID government guidelines. We are very happy with the broardband and the speed is far superior than we have had before in our area. We would higly recommend this company to others.
