Not good.

The process of ordering, receiving the kit and sending it back was flawless. Although the lancets included were the worst I've ever used. I've done many of these type of tests over the years and these lancets were painful. My finger throbbed for days.

The test results, after a week I got a link to click via email. The test results did not make much sense and referred to ovarian reserve rather than time to menopause, I ordered the menopause test. I'm 43 with an adult son, no chance of wanting a baby now!

So I emailed for clarification and a few days later got a reply that they'd sent me the wrong graph for ovarian reserve and would send the actual menpause version. Nearly a week on I'm still waiting. I emailed again but no reply or test results yet. Not very happy. The test was a lot of money for me.

No customer service, and I don't have results 3 months later

I have never experienced such poor customer service. I have phoned with no-one ever getting back to me and lately, I cannot even get through to talk to someone. I have emailed with absolutely no response or acknowledgement that I've even responded. I had a query about the product which was never answered after multiple attempts at communication. I bought my test on 13 May and here we are three months later still without any acknowledgement or result.

Quick and clear

The test came quickly and the results came through within a few days. It was easy to do, although part of the packaging used to hold the vile was missing, it didn't really affect use, but I was worried I'd knock it over.
The results are clear, although they are somewhat basic. It would be nice to know things like average levels in child bearing women. However, the results were exactly as promised and were easy to understand.

Expectations were high, undeservedly so

I've used many similar services like Thriva and LetsGetChecked which are seamless and responsive. The dispatch of the kit took ages. What arrived bore little resemblance to the instruction leaflet. Looked cobbled together and unprofessional. But I muddled through.

It was disappointing to have to write out the labels by hand, I expected (and should have had) preprinted barcodes. I think this opens the whole process up to increased error.

Kit sent back a week ago. Appears undelivered as I can only assume the lab has shut for some reason. Why send kits out you can't process?

Now questioning whole process and result (if any).

Sadly appears to be a scam

This company would appear to be fraudulent. I did the test and have had no results or contact in 11 days bar one email that said the test was done. I have emailed and called but the phone line is not manned by employees but remote “secretaries” promises of calls back come to nothing. It is a shame that people are using Covid to scam customers.
