I love my tea light candle holder. It took a little time to get it but did get it right before Christmas. I emailed them and got a response back after a few days. These are very beautiful. . Got one for my sister and one for my daughter. I was able to track it with no problems at all. Will order from them again.

I would give them a ZERO rating if I could. I ordered from them on December 8th. I have emailed several times and gotten the same response that it was on its way to the carrier. Still shows that it hasn't been received by the carrier. I have asked for a refund multiple times and been told it has been shipped. It has not. This company is a SCAM!!!

I'd give you a zero if I could you took my money on December 8th for a blanket with my granddaughters name on it and I ordered a candle holder for my sister as well and haven't heard from you at all I've sent emails to you there's no way to track my order and it's Christmas day my granddaughter and sister have no gifts This is pretty crappy of you scammers

I have emailed them a few times and have no response. I was asking about my order and the status bc it said it would be here for Christmas and it still says waiting for shipment. I have ordered before from u guys and it was a lot faster and was able to get thru. Now I'm getting nothing. Please give me a number to call or respond to my email. Thanks.

I placed an order and the money came from my account right away. I received the confirmation email and nothing more. I waited a week to inquire and was told that the package would be shipping and to accept their apology. This was due to lack of staff during peak season. That is no excuse. If you can't handle the orders than you should not be promoting that items will ship with 2-3 days. Now my opportunity to present what I ordered has passed as my family members will be leaving tomorrow. Unfortunately, I will not be giving new companies a chance around the holidays. I will do so when I have no expectation of time.

I have emailed a lot to them no reply ordered on Dec 1 gifts are for Christmas worried I am not gonna get it spent about 100.00 I’m not sure if I will order from them again they took my money same day
I placed my order on 12/11/2022 and have yet to receive a order number. The money was pulled immediately from my account. I called the (626) 688-5320 number on the website and no answer. I researched the number and it belongs to Zhou Yao-Wei. I also emailed them and have not received a response. Next step will be to contact my bank. They are sending me emails but I cant login because it says my email isn't registered.

Ordered nov 8 and still have not received my items. I have emailed multiple time and they said be patient and order is on the way. The tracking is a mess as it has the items leaving one state and arriving to my state two days before leaving!

I have been emailing them for days and no response. I placed an order Dec 2 and need the items now for Christmas
as I will be travelling. Not happy and wondering if this is a scam.
i order over 160 dollars with of candle holders they took my payment out right away and i still have not heard anything about my order no update nothing. i emailed them 7 times and called the number but no answer. All i want to know is if i am going to get my order and if it will be here before Christmas or did i get scam out of my money?

As a first time customer to Memoriacase, I have observed many problematic issues with this company:
1) The company does not list their physical address on their website.
2) When telephoning the company, I received a voicemail.
3) Customer Service does not respond to e-mails in a timely manner.
4) Customer Service does not always answer questions or address specific issues contained in e-mails.
5) An International POS Fee was charged to my bank card on my order. Memoriacase's website does not disclose that this charge may be imposed, therefore making this an illegal trasaction.
6) Memoriacase claims the tracking number for the order is listed in the e-mail to the customer. My e-mail did NOT contain a tracking number for my package.
Based on my experience, this is the one and only time I will be conducting business with Memoriacase.

I emailed about a query I had and summer answered me and she was lovely in her emails she made me feel as if I was a important customer to her and answered me straight away.

The order took a bit longer to ship than I thought it would but once I reached out to them through Facebook messenger they were very fast to respond and very nice. The item I ordered was packed well and was beautiful. I will work with them again.

If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and it is still “awaiting shipment” I have contacted the company multiple times and get a different excuse each time. They had no problem taking my money immediately but not delivering on what I ordered. I asked for a refund and was told the product was already on the way to the manufacturer so no refund was possible. I’ve stayed in contact with them 2x a week and I keep getting the run around. Waste of money and a total scam. Please avoid them at all costs. They got my money and I got nothing!!!
