They did a good work and we like it, but it took more than 1 month to received the items we bought (January to February).
On the other hand, the products were more smaller than we expected, what it means, the product were a little bit expensive for what we received.

Never received the order
I ordered a memorial necklace and ornament on Oct 20, 2022 and never received the order. I finally got a refund on Jan 30, 2023. After numerous emails asking me to wait a couple days. I was given a shipping number that had it in California on Oct 27 (supposed to ship to Michigan), but it never left that location. Then I was given another shipping number that had a date of Jan 4, 2023, but it was a pre-shipping and never changed status. I understand that it was lost in the shipment, but they should have put another order in and I would have been happy, but that never happened. It is very frustrating when there isn't a phone number and you have to communicate by email.

This website is bs! I ordered my anniversary gift for my boyfriend on the 10th and i hv repeatedly asked where my order is at and they hv yet replied. They hv No number to call to get a refund. I will be contacting my bank to see if they could help me out bc they took my money and ran w it!
