Waste product and for delivery there take almost 20 days

I purchased some Meller sunglasses a few years ago and love them, so I knew
I would also love them in this new look. So great there are quite a few colourways to choose from.
The fit is perfect and material is soft and comfy but strong.
My glasses were sent quickly - bonus points for that.
Love them!

The packaging and quality is good.

I already own several pairs of Meller glasses and I’m always complimented on them. I love their distinctive, stylish designs – they have so much more character than many other frames.

I’m really happy with my latest pair too. They look even better in person, feel well made and are comfortable to wear. I had my prescription lenses fitted into the frames and they work perfectly as my everyday glasses.

The ordering process was easy and delivery was smooth. I’ll definitely be buying more from Meller!

When I wanted to exchange my sunglasses, the customer support team was really quick to respond and arrange the replacement. The new pair was sent out very quickly.

The quality of the sunglasses is also really good! I’m very happy with both the product and the service.

Very disappointed with my experience with Meller. I ordered a pair of sunglasses, but when they arrived, they were much smaller than they appeared in the pictures and didn’t suit me, so I decided to return them.
I paid for tracked return shipping and have proof, including pictures, that Meller received my return. Despite sending them several emails and providing all the evidence of delivery, I have received absolutely no response.
It is completely unacceptable to ignore customers, especially when they have paid to return an item and provided proof that it was delivered. I am now left without the sunglasses, out of pocket for the return postage, and still waiting for my refund.
Extremely poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend Meller based on how they handle returns and customer complaints.
Update- after writing this review I got confirmation that my money will be refunded. It looks like this is the way to get a reply from them.

Wow OSM🥰 nice pair of glasses

I ordered 3 sunglasses and one of them was small for my face. I have previously read the terms and conditions and knew that there is no free returns but the website didn't have a return button anyways, so I reached out to customer support to request paid label, they replied days later with another question about the return, I answered and asked them for a label again days later they replied with another question. I answered and asked for a label by then it has been weeks, haven't heard from them and then I needed to travel, I sent an urgent email asking for a label they never came back to me and I missed my return window. Such a scam and only one for the 3 sunglasses was good quality anyways, not worth the money and it's impossible to return.

I had an issue with my order, but the customer service was excellent. Sara A. got back to me very quickly, and then Renata continued assisting me until the issue was fully resolved. Both were very helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the process.

terrible company for returns absolutely no customer service sent the glasses to back to Barcelona office which were returned as package not picked up think twice before buying from Meller
