Very fast shipping, best sunglasses

I’m honestly extremely pissed and disappointed right now. I have just come back from my trip and picked up my package from my mom, only to find it looking like this — completely covered in tape and clearly opened.

After waiting more than two weeks for my order, I opened the package and discovered that two pairs of glasses are missing. This is absolutely unacceptable. I waited a long time for my order, and now it has arrived damaged, opened, and with half of my order missing.

I’m really not satisfied with this experience at all. I paid for the full order and I expect to receive everything I purchased in proper condition.

I hope you can explain what happened and offer me a solution as soon as possible, because this is extremely frustrating and not what I expected from your company.

Easy and fast proccess

Quality feels cheap. One of the glasses sits crooked on my face and needed manual reshaping.

Placed an order but wanted to swap - all done quickly and before shipment

I purchased a pair of sunglasses and left them in Southern California and immediately upon return got on the website to purchase another pair and it was 2 for 1 so I picked out another cute pair and now have 2 Meller sunglasses! I have a narrow face so they fit perfectly.

Extremely disappointing delivery and cancellation service

I am extremely disappointed with Meller’s delivery service. I placed an order by mistake and cancelled it within just 5 minutes, but despite cancelling almost immediately, the order was still processed and shipped without properly respecting my cancellation request.

Now, if I want to return the order, I am expected to pay €15 for the return. This is completely unreasonable, especially when I tried to cancel the order only minutes after placing it.

Because of this, I now have two identical pairs of sunglasses, even though I only needed one. I had actually wanted to take advantage of the “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” offer by exchanging my single pair for two different sunglasses, but this situation has made the whole experience extremely frustrating.

The customer experience and delivery handling have been very disappointing. A cancellation made within minutes should be handled properly instead of forcing the customer to deal with unnecessary return costs.

I am completely dissatisfied with this experience and, based on how this situation has been handled, I would not recommend Meller to my friends or anyone else.
