Customer service so bad taking so long to reply and the sunglasses I ordered not the same on the pic so I waiting to exchange it but very slow response and not way to communicate

Buyers outside the U.S. should be extremely cautious before purchasing from this company. In my case, I ended up paying customs and handling charges that were nearly half the cost of the product itself. Unfortunately, the product quality did not justify the premium price I paid.
To make matters worse, according to the company’s terms and conditions, I am required to pay for return shipping at my own expense. Given the international shipping costs, I am convinced that returning the product would leave me with little to no refund after all the additional charges. This creates a significant financial risk for international customers and makes the return process impractical.
Overall, the combination of disappointing product quality, customer service, unexpected import fees, and a costly return process has made this a very poor purchasing experience.

The delivery service, Evri took forever to deliver my order and when they eventually did. They delivered to the wrong address. When I went to collect from the wrong address, they said they didn’t receive a delivery. The picture of delivery looks like it was left on the floor infront of the front door so who knows if it was stolen…. Terrible service

still haven’t received my exchange. no communication. no follow up. ignoring my emails. wtf process is via email exchanges? if i don’t receive and update by friday i will be calling my credit card company and dispute the charge for fraud.

I love them. I’m not one for writing reviews, so I’ll keep it simple: They feel high-quality, fit perfectly on my small face, and the colors are gorgeous. I love them.

Poor customer experience with very slow responses (6-7 days) until giving bad review on Trustpilot, but got refunded after they didn't manage to fix an incorrect delivery address after immediate notice so updating the review.
