DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE! Worst online shopping experience ever. I thought they were located in Dulwich Hill in NSW. This is not the case they are located in China. I bought 2 of the same style dress in different sizes because I thought it would be an easy return like they say in their Returns Policy. This is not true, the offered 10% refund or 50% store credit. I said neither I want a full return. They then threatened me with a Final Offer - 20% refund or 75% store credit. After a lot of back and forth I was told it would cost me £40 to return the 2 dresses to an address in China.

I had to take the 75% store credit. I didn’t like anything on their website but one pink jacket which I had to purchase for $80, the jacket wasn’t even lined, and it turned my white watch band light pink. The jacket can be purchased on Shein for $20.
I now have $14 in store credit which I can’t use because I don’t like anything on their website, and I don’t want to spend any more money with them. Their cheapest clothing item is $39.95. This is probably how they make their money on unhappy customers not being able to use all their store credit.

This makes me so angry, but have learnt a valuable lesson - always check reviews before purchasing on online.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, and advertising as a Melbourne company when they’re not. Ordered in January, it’s mid April now and have one item that was a shocking make and fit. Still waiting on 2nd item, when I requested a refund “Sheryl” did not respond.

Not a legit fashion retailer

Took my money for 2 shirts, and pretended to 'dispatch' them but no items were ever received. They refused to refund my money, claiming the items had been 'dispatched' for delivery -- but the purported 'tracking number' supplied shows no items have been picked up for delivery. The listed ABN is registered to a massage parlour, not a fashion retailer. I can only assume it is a scam site.

Pitiful service

Pitiful service. Ordered 24/12/24 and they took the money and haven’t received goods by 11 Feb. “Sheryl” on the email doesn’t give believable responses and now I’ve asked for money back…no response.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Chinese couriers and inaccurate BS tracking.

Rubbish

Rubbish, do not buy from them. After the shoes ( Easy Stride ) hadn’t been processed after 10 days, I wrote a reply to a post on Facebook. The company wrote and asked for my order number and the next day the tracking said it had been processed. I received the shoes today and they are absolute rubbish. Paid $55 and not worth $10. Cheap, lightweight, no orthotics support in them at all. Not worth sending back to try and get a refund as this will only cost me more and no guarantee I will get my money back. Beware!

This website is not real

This website is not real. It has the same bomber mens jacket as Ardor Sydney - which is also fake - my jacket arrived as a cheap version of the real one advertised. Same false picture. Don't order - you will not receive the same jacket advertised. Mountain design is the tag - the one received doesn't have a tag and the badge on the arm (which is just seen in the picture) is also missing. This is not a $99 jacket (discounted from $500). More like a jacket from Kmart at $25 - falsely advertised. Avoid

Dodgy shonky scammers

Dodgy shonky scammers !
Advertising using Melbourne as part of their branding. They are in fact in China. Product sent does not in anyway appear close to what they use in their advertising marketing - what I was sent is unwearable. “Betty” from “Customer Service” emails me to advise that I need to send the product back (to China) at my expense for a full refund. Avoid these scammers !!! Violation of Australian consumer laws !!!

CHiNESE SCAMMERS

This company is a SCAM. They are breaking multiple consumer laws - misleading, deceptive, unethical.

They are pretending to be an Australian business with a sneaky business name when in fact they’re Chinese, they have shell social media accounts, products sent are don’t align with the advertising and even their website is flagged as dodgy by authentication sites.

As for the customer service, it’s blood boiling. Quoted up to $130 to return these horrible cheap and nasty products (paid $140) back to china and asked to lie on the customs declaration form.

Reporting them to fair trade and ACCC.

Dispicable.
