ordered 3 dresses from"Sophie's Boutique Melbourne". Looked and sounded good but fabric poor quality - absolutely not what was advertised. Sent message to them and decided to return my order. They supplied the following details to return for full refund.

Hideous, tacky clothing that is nothing like what they advertise.
Hideous! The clothing they advertise looks amazing and high quality. What gets delivered is a cheap, tacky, knock off version of what they've displayed online. Sadly disappointed doesn't come close to describing how I feel looking at the item delivered! In fact, boiling mad is more accurate. I will never purchase from this store again. I wouldn't give the item they delivered to an op shop, it's that poor quality and so so so far from the product they advertise!

Chinese company operating as Australian…
This is a Chinese company operating as if it's in Melbourne. I ordered 2 dresses in July & it took over 4 weeks for them to arrive. They were poor quality. I emailed the company requesting a refund where they tried to negotiate a partial refund without actually sending the dresses back to them. I eventually received an address in China to send the items to. Spent approx $20 to send the items back. They've been sitting in an import area awaiting the company to pick them up since Oct.
