Awful experience from start to finish

Awful experience from start to finish. Ordered some items and was unsure on the sizing of them. Items are expensive, although you wouldn’t know it from the quality. Very disappointed when they arrived. Thought I’d give the items a chance anyway but the sizing was far too large. Tried to exchange the items but was told I wasn’t allowed because they were on some sort of sale? Not sure what they’re on about as nowhere on the product page did it say it was a special type of sale where the item could not be returned. From the pretty shocking customer service emails I got I got the impression they’d try and work their way out of anything. I would avoid Mejuri at all costs

Very happy with my experience

I have been pleased with each of my purchases thus far. The jewelry is beautiful and exactly as described and pictured online. The communication throughout the process was also great.

The stacking rings I bought are unique

The stacking rings I bought are unique, like interchangeable aspect. The craftsmanship is great. Time will tell tough how the metal holds up. The delivery was quick. I got timely messages about my delivery status. Packaging was done well while minimizing waste. Overall satisfied with my purchase.

I fear it is not the same anymore

I have been a loyal customer for years, and have shopped from their stores in the US, Canada and UK and own MANY pieces of jewellery from them. However, I have found their quality to be steadily declining. Recently, a gold huggie got caught in a sweater and got totally deformed and they refused to cover under warranty. I have had gold jewellery that I have worn for decades with ZERO issue. I won't be buying from Mejuri again...

I fell in love with gold in Dubai..

I really fell in love with gold in Dubai and wanted more after coming home. Mejuri has quality pieces and reasonable prices. I’ve been shopping for my jewelry at Mejuri for some years now, at least since 2022. The quality of the pieces is what keeps me coming back. No fumbling with earring backs that slip or come off. No snags on my brackets or necklaces that gets caught of my clothes. I also have sensitive skin and can only wear real gold jewelry otherwise my skin will change colors, never had that problem with Mejuri. I’ve never had to return anything. Me and my partner will be shopping her for our jewelry for the foreseeable future. xoxo

EDITED after speaking with Customer Service:
(TL;DR good products but misleading photos on website)
I am a long time customer & the products really do speak for themselves. That being said, I bought earrings for a friend & was very disappointed in how they showed up (the photo on the listing was VERY misleading, several other reviews say the same and I should have known better). They did follow up with me and say that would pass along the feedback on the advertisement. Great products otherwise...my friend ended up loving the earrings, but only because I didn't show her the before photo.
