A company with beautiful pieces but some practical flaws.

I was so so upset - Mejuri has gorgous stuff, but when I purchased a pair of earrings in store, they told me the only pair they had left was damaged, so they gave me a discount and said they would ship it to my house. When I checked online later, it said it would ship in a month, which was already extremely frustrating, and then a few days later the delivery date was switched - to over two months since my day of the purchase. It wasn't right to insinuate that I would get my product a few days later, and then to keep having the date pushed off. The staff in store is really nice, but online it's a different vibe. And the pieces are beautiful, but a lot of the gold vermeil that makes skin contact turns black after every 1-2 uses, which doesn't happen to most of my other jewelry. I won't stop shoping at Mejuri, but I will definitely be more cautious in the future.

Earring clasp faulty first wearing

Earring clasp faulty first wearing. Long difficult process to communicate and return.

Think the clasp design isn't good, curious if others have issues.

Zodiac necklace I like, but clasp very small and fiddly, difficult to do up, sometimes catches on hole of little tag instead of intended circle.

Would probably not buy anything with a clasp in future.

Poor quality and customer service

I bought a set of three of their puzzle stacking rings and within 2 months all the gold plating had worn off! I understand that it’s only a plating but for this price I would hope that they would last longer than 2 months. They also wore away in any spots that there was contact between the rings even though these are sold as stacking rings. When I reached out to customer service I basically got told that I should just never wear them and then they’d stay perfectly fine. They said don’t get water in them, don’t get lotion on them, don’t get makeup in them. I mean they’re rings on hands. I’m going to wash my hands, that’s gross. Also I was taking them off to shower and for any other significant task. I understand that they are just a plating but their website boasts that the 18k vermeil plating will “last longer”. 2 months is not long.

Absolutely amazing experience

Absolutely amazing experience. The delivery was quick and everything arrived beautifully packaged, it felt really premium and made opening it such a lovely experience. The 14ct white gold huggie earrings are stunning, super shiny and amazing quality. I’m completely in love with them and have already had compliments wearing them. You can tell this company really cares about both their jewellery and the customer experience. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be ordering again!

8 months and the gold chain snapped

I bought the Flat Curb Chain Necklace
14k Yellow Gold / 20 inches in September and by April the chain broke.
When I contacted the company they stated "break may have been caused by added pressure or force" which was outside the warranty of the product. The chain snapped while I was in the shower. £700 and the company states their gold is made to last.
Stay away.

Perfect experience

My earrings arrived on time and packaged beautifully.
They notified me when it was delivered which I appreciate so it doesn’t sit on the front step long. Ordered through the app it was seamless. I have ordered lots of items and will continue in the future!

My favorite jewelry

I absolutely love Mejuri! I own many pieces from their line, and most of my everyday jewelry is from them now. What might have seemed like a simple shopping trip became something profoundly meaningful to me. I found myself surrounded by beauty, choosing pieces of gold and diamonds, and for the first time in a long time, I felt like me again. It was more than therapeutic—it was healing. It was a quiet but powerful way of honoring everything I had been through and celebrating how far I had come.
I ended up spending around $1,500–$2,000, but what I gained in that experience was truly priceless. Your space gave me a moment of joy, confidence, and reconnection during a time when I needed it most.

I recently went to the Venice store to…

I recently went to the Venice store to try on a ring stack that I saw online. The sales associate measured my fingers and made sure that I got the correct size. They were out of one of the rings that I wanted so she put together a whole email to send me with all three rings so I could order them all together online I just went home ordered them online and they all were delivered at once so I could wear them right away. I am so pleased with my ring stack purchase.

Fishy price inflation

I have quite a few solid gold items from Mejuri, and was just browsing through your website and got a bit surprised by prices. Out of curiosity I went and fetched my receipt from some items I bought just over a year ago. Explain to me why your Spheres Chain Necklace 14k gold 16-18” went from £248 (what I paid for) to £468.
There’s no justification, just pure greed. For this you deserve 1 star. I’m out.
