A staff broke a glass during the post renovation cleaning. They cleaned it up, but the next day I still found glass shards on the floor, and it was still dusty. This means the cleaning was not thoroughly done. There was internal politics amongst the cleaning team which was awkward. Terrible job for such an expensive cleaning

Everything was seamless. Fast response to messages. Immaculate service and the helper Minnie was so professional and meticulous in her cleaning. Thumbs up and highly recommended 😊 my house is so spick and span now! Love it!

Buyers Beware!
I have no quibbles with their cleaner’s service but feel cheated because I agreed to buy the equipment package worth $109. I had recently moved to a new place and thought a new set of equipment would be nice but I regret not asking for a full list right at the start because upon receiving the equipment, these were the items - a mop, normal bucket with wringer, 1 cleaning cloth, 2 cheap sponges, a window wiper, a floor scrubber, a broom and long handled dustpan (unusable as the handle cannot be attached to the pan - i sent them a video as evidence but they insisted that it was in working condition when they had it in the office!) a bottle of ‘thunderstar’ bleach, ‘home niks’ glass cleaner, ‘jif’ cream and ‘magiclean’ glass cleaner. All these added even with 10-15% margin are not worth $109 in the market! They insisted that none of their clients have complained about this and have given good reviews but when I checked their reviews, it was only about cleaning services, none about the equipment package. To give them a comparison, i sent them a screenshot of an ikea cleaning kit consisting of 11 pcs of equipment that costs only $34.90. They insisted that they are different from ikea which is true but the pricing of cleaning equipment cannot differentiate that much unless they are referring to Leifheit - a German brand that is really expensive. But non of the cleaning equipment bear that brand nor have any brand. Also, for a cleaning package, there is no cleaning agent for the floor, toilet, tiles. I informed them that I needed the ceilings and walls cleaned but they also did not bring the long extendable brush to reach the ceiling. Thankfully i had a stepladder for use but thet also did not check with me about that beforehand. Up till now they have decided to keep quiet and ignore me instead of giving me an agreeable resolution.

This is the first time I’ve had to leave a second negative review for the same company — and that says a lot. MEIDE has demonstrated not only unethical business practices but also shockingly unprofessional behavior in how they handle service recovery and refunds.

Despite speaking directly with the founder, the conversation was met with insincerity and a clear lack of accountability. He appears to believe it's acceptable to keep payment for a service that was never rendered.

From the screenshots, it’s clear that MEIDE initially claimed they would refund us 50% — amounting to $299. However, the refund amount kept mysteriously decreasing over time. Whether it’s due to poor business management or a company on the verge of bankruptcy, it’s completely unacceptable. I’ve never encountered such a ridiculous and unprofessional refund process, where the amount is constantly being negotiated as if it’s some kind of joke.

The screenshots also show how MEIDE left a fake negative review on our business — despite never having experienced our service. This kind of retaliatory and baseless action highlights just how unprofessional and unethical the company truly is, starting from its leadership.

Engage them at your own risk — it’s a decision you’ll regret for a lifetime.

I engaged cleaners twice and both times they were good. They were able to carry out the cleaning duties without much supervision.

Sharon is very professional in handling infant.

She came to my place earlier in order to prepare herself. She was not only cared well for my baby , but also helped to tidy up baby's cupboard, toys area, cook for baby. Making sure baby has a good home environment and well engaged my baby when I was working.

I felt confident leaving my baby in her hands even as a first time mom.

I engaged Meide for post tenancy cleaning. They sent 2 cleaners for my 1br and they were both very thorough in their cleaning. They were easy to talk to and we didn't need to give them any directions. I can tell that the cleaners were quite experienced. It took about 4 hours but there was not a speck of dust left in the house. I would definitely be engaging the company again when there is a need for house cleaning.

So far they send a helper for cleaning once and it was carried out perfect.

The cleaning was professionally in detail, so actually picking up all things before removing dust, good cleaning of bathroom and kitchen incl. bathtub, sink etc., floor, all surfaces.
Quality with other companies was pretty bad but Maide i can recommend

We have had a great experience during our holidays in Singapore. The babysitter was responsible for our 3 and 5 year old children and did a fantastic job of keeping them safe, entertained, fed and put to bed. They had been out and about and visited many playgrounds, activities, play centers and indoor playgrounds, children museums. We have been in touch and kept up to date, which gave us piece of mind, while we explored the city by ourselves.

The professional service and speed of response was wonderful, we called Meide to help us find a nanny during a recent weekend trip to Singapore for our infant and it was perfect. The nanny was professional, knowledgeable and helpful, we felt we could trust her straight away.

Very nice experience, was able to get a babysitter for my kid that was looking for in efficient way.

Untrustworthy service providers. Take money upfront by confirming experienced cleaners. Use young, inexperienced girls to do these jobs. Unhelpful and not recommended

Helen was very good in managing my child despite her having separation anxiety. She could calm my child down after awhile and played with her.
